    i would do all barbells and stuff first then do dumbbells then do 1 arm at a time. that makes it easier to keep symmetry.

    Hi Steve! Answer please one question. Do you always trained with this type of split? I mean one large body part per day etc.
    And what is your opinion on "upper\lower", "push\pull' or this "Wendler 5-3-1" programs?
    Often I hear from "natural" youtube bodybuilders that body split training is not effective, and only bros continue training on it.
    To build your muscles naturally you need to hit muscles often, etc..
    Please share your thoughts on this topic.
