My stalker searched my medical records while employed at a medical facility. They terminated her without penalty and now she works at another hospital down the street. HIPPA is a joke. Now she has all of my private, personal information.

What's your take of an insurance company actually sending someone ELSE'S insurance information via USPS mail inside an envelope mailed out to YOUR address? Inside the envelope included details about your benefits but again, it ALSO included FULL documents/report of someone else as well.
