Excellent as always, only one way to improve it though is a media blaster of some description. Seeing rust and old paint being removed via media is half the fun of any restoration👍

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but did he replace all the bearings AND rewire the windings in the generator?
You should never hit a bearing with a hammer you create dents in the bearing races that cause the bearing to fail quicker. Proper method would have been to freeze the crank and heat the bearings to make them just slide together…. Beautiful little genny though.

Super excellent job. I am keeping these 2 videos for my own reference. The build of this model is better than many I've seen too. Really complete & patient quality work. The original designer of these hard working generators will be proud of your RESTORE.

Good restoration. The only recommendations I have are to not paint the cylinder cooling fins because it will make the engine run hotter. I'd also avoid painting the inside of the engine since the fuel will eat it away and potentially damage the internals from paint chunks moving around.

8:00 deadly dangerous the way you connected the high output capacitor 240v power and other wires without soldering and proper heat shrink tubing. 13:07 bare 240v killer high volt terminals on air filter foam near fuel might catch on fire or kill someone. 14:50 cold start with the choke off, then ran it with the choke on is wrong. Didn't hone the barrel and fit a new piston and rings. Old bearings and seals? Painting the unseen inside of the crank case where the oil fuel will wash off the paint is pointless. Good camera work though.

Не могу понять как на выходе генератора удалось получить номинальное значение напряжения при повреждённой обмотке статера (что прекрасно демонстрирует я в видео) без перемотки?
Это явно не для технарей видео, а для эстетов. Кому в голову придет мотор красить изнутри?
Старый поршень с задирами, вместе с кольцами тоже не заменил на новые. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
А за обмотки я вообще молчу. 🤣

faut arreter ceci n est pas une restauration simplement du maquillage , le cylindre et mort piston pareil avec amorce de serrage sa se voie et même pas les segments changer ni la bougie , aucun roulement changer , peinture qui n est pas de la haute température sur pot et cylindre et j en passe .....
