Idle's music is not for everyone, and that's okay. Their music is not cringe, imo. Their last album is full of very nice songs, plus Tomboy and Nude are true bops. I will defend those songs forever.
I agree that Soojin is dearly missed and she should have stayed, but you make it sounds like it's the other girls' fault that she left, or that she was the one that was in charge of the creative direction of the group, when both of this things are not it.. Soyeon is putting her everything in her work, also working together in tandem with all the other girls to produce their music. But everything that she does goes unfortunately through the lenses of the company that manages them. So the company might prefer songs that you find "cringe" (and as you said, your opinion, which I dont' agree with). It is well known that Idle is not happy of their management, most of all since the company kicked out Soojin. I think they are just waiting for their chance, while making an even bigger name to themselves, until they are free from their conctracts and then they can finally leave their company for good. And maybe, who knows, Soojin might even go back and be part of Idle (my wishful thinking, I know).

i totally agree with your opinion on wonyoungism, liking and defending wonyoung is fine but going as far as creating a whole cult around her is freaky. what's even worse is that cult is devided and that now you have fans who simply see her as a role model and fans who go as far as starving themselves and having a lifestyle that don't fit them to be just like wonyoung
i also agree with what you said about gidle, i absolutely love their songs hwaa and uh oh, but queencard and super lady have been lowkey dissapointing me despite the great message
and finally someone who said something about kpop not being original, kpop fans (especially the older ones like 2nd gen fans) are extremely delusional and believe that kpop is 100% original and if anyone tries to say something about it, they get attacked

That's why I only stan Red Velvet and Dreamcatcher. While I like Twice, I'm not the biggest fan of their style of music. If anything, I'd say out of all 4th gen girl groups, it is not Itzy that is the best, but actually Aespa and Le Sserafim are, for me, the best 4th gen groups right now. Add to that, Itzy has only had the other 4 and no Lia since 2023 in October when she decided she needed time off. That's what the industry can do to these girls if they're not prepared.
Even Eunchae from LS, who us fans of theirs calls Manchae, took all of January off to rest because she was feeling so drained and overwhelmed. She's only 20 years old and had people leaving her death threats because she flubbed some lines. That's how insane some of these idiotic fans are.

No matter how many times I reached out for the issue to get fixed CZcams did nothing. After multiple attempts they decided to look at my content and they will decide if they should stay up or not. I got frustrated and deleted the channel because I already knew how it was going to end. I just wanted to get rid of it and take a break from CZcams because I couldn't deal with the stress. The worst part was I made the most money in December which would've helped me with other finances greatly and that's where YT decided to demonetize my content and refund the advertisers so they wouldn't pay me. So when I deleted my content I thought I was done for good. But a part of me missed making content. It didn't feel right that I was no longer a content creator and when I saw ktubers uploading content I felt left out. I missed interacting with my subscribers and reading comments as well as editing videos. So that'a when I decided to start again.

Reached out to CZcams support many times to get it back to remonetization they didn't want to anything. So I got fustrated and deleted the entire thing. It also irks me when I earned a lot more than I normally would for CZcams to demonetize my channel so they wouldn't have to pay me. All I can say is that no CZcamsr is safe unless you are Yts favorite. If you wish to start a CZcams channel then go ahead. Don't use stage mixes and SBS fancams. I actually will push back on the idea that idols shouldn't be seen as role models/ have to act like role models. they're called idols for a reason, you're *supposed* to be aable to look up to them. Now having to be good at singing, dancing, have good visuals is a BIG ask, but being an idol isn't easy. Now in my opinion, we need to be more understanding of idols and give them more grace; being a role model does not mean you should not be allowed mistakes. nobody is perfect, not even widely adored historical figures people look up to. We are WAY too quick to persecute idols for common mistakes that any given human would make. But to be afforded an international platform is not a right, it is a privilege that comes with responsibilities. Idols attend things like variety shows because in the kpop industry, an idol's personality is seen as important. Due to this, it's a given that this is a double edged knife that will result in backlash if an idol is seen to be doing something unsavory. Idols have A LOT of influence because it's their job (or the industry forces them to) embody what is aspirational in society. They are slim, beautiful, and skilled at what they do- which also means children are likely to look up to them and this isn't an accident. So for example, when an idol is caught on camera smoking, that unfortunately will signal to the children who look up to them that smoking is okay, or they should try it regardless of whether that is the idol's intent. I say: idols should be allowed to smoke, but be smart and try not to get caught. Sure that means idols are not afforded the same freedoms as normal people, but they also have 1000x more influence than normal people, 1000x the fans (and 1000x the money in their pocket, often) which comes with more responsibility. tl;dr We need to be easier on idols, THEY ARE HUMAN but the idea that they shouldn't have to be role models makes no sense given the fact that they embody aspirational figures and are literally called, idols for a reason. No one is owed the fame of being an idol and if they don't want that responsibility, they can be background dancers.

@sasukeissocoollike Nah they shouldn't be looked up to as role models unless they're interacting with young girls who want to be like that girl. It's true that we wouldn't have the 4th gen girl groups if it weren't for the girls that came before them and their generation to inspire them, but this girl is not wrong. I've been saying that I will NOT be ever calling them "idols" and they should never be called "idols" if they are under 20. That's what the rule should be. They should change it so that they are called "talents" instead of "idols". In this day and age, you HAVE to work really hard if you are a foreigner AND want to be taken seriously in the K-pop world. In this current gen, you have to be all-arounder or you'll be ridiculed.
I'll just stick with being a fan of Red Velvet and Dreamcatcher. Two of the realest groups out there who don't give a crud what people think.

It’s hilarious how a lot of ktubers like you think they’re coming up with relevant, revealing and new takes when all you’ve said have been repeated to exhaustion by a lot of kpop fans. It seems like you just copy what they said and put it in your video. I agree with some of this takes. But I disagree with NMIXX and Gidle.
Nmixx new comeback has been amazing, so just because you don’t like it it doesn’t mean it’s bad. They have won a lot of fans with their recent cb and her music has only improved. It’s catchy and different. Also regarding Gidle, it seems like it has become trendy to criticize their music just for the sake of it because you’re guaranteed to get views. People who criticize their music and say their music quality has downgraded bla bla make it so clear that they only have listened to their title tracks. This includes you, you complain about ktubers spreading misinformation for clout and here you are doing the same thing. You clearly have only listened to Gidle title tracks and not a single one of their b sides.
Because the quality of their b sides has only improved since soojin left. Also just because you dont like the new direction Gidle is taking, it doesn’t mean that they’re scrambling to find footing in the industry 😂, they’re disorganized or are lost. What a pathetic take. They’re just trying new concepts. Since when are idols not allow to experiment with concepts?
Gidle music isn’t terrible now, you just listen to their 4 new title tracks and think their music has downgraded. Their music is still infectious and catchy and above all is fun. Their title tracks since soojin left have been iconic and it’s only a few lines that are a bit cringy. Their music is still good you just haven’t checked it and like to whine about the good old days 🥱🥱. Gidle only became this popular because they changed their music direction. If they hadnt done that and remain with their old music direction, then, in that case, it would’ve been harder for them to rise in the competitive sea of newer gg of 4 gen.

      1) In such a big community of kpop fans, a bunch of kpop fans have voiced the same opinion but she's just sharing what she thinks is the truth and would probably make some people angry so this isn't even relevant to the conversation.
      2) When you're talking about music as a casual fan, I don't think we need to consider the b-sides since the title track is the face of the new album and it makes no sense for it to be the bad one. If you want to consider b-sides and use them to say whether the music is good or not is wise but if you only judge by the title track, it's completely fine as well. Title tracks should be enough to decide whether a group's music is going down or not since again, they are the face of the album and if the title track is not good, then why would people want to listen to the b-sides. They are in a way losing their footing since most casual fans who liked their old music would be leaving. When changing concepts, they should know how to keep the old fans and attract more fans. (G)-IDLE has gotten a lot more popular with their new direction but I would be lying if I said that a lot of people including the fans who were fond of their old music weren't leaving the group. If you like their direction, that's fine but that doesn't mean that you should attack people or call their opinion pathetic because of that.

And no Gidle’s music isn’t going down just because a bunch of people didn’t like it 🤡. And what if they lost fans? That happens to a lot of groups and they’re still fine. Gidle doesn’t need them anyway. People who say they’re losing their footing have no idea about how popular they are among Koreans. That’s why they’re leading the charts.

I personally like their b-sides and I don't really care about their title tracks. (G)-IDLE does know what they are doing but they aren't executing it well, at least in the case of their title tracks. I already explained the losing their footing part before so I am not going to say it again. Why do people think criticism is a bad thing? Criticism is always meant for improvement. Their are different kinds of criticism and she just used negative criticism which pisses y'all but is also meant for improvement. So, calling me or her pathetic for criticising (G)-IDLE isn't justified. Agree too about the trendsetters. I laugh about this new batch of "fashionistas" that until they were given a brand deal dressed as the people next to you with nothing to show except a good figure. Even with fashion stilyst they manage to look uncordinated, to old or just a mess... Yeah I am. Most of my videos got cooyrighted by SBS out of nowhere for stage mixes and small clips and CZcams demonetized my entire channel for reused content. And this wa right after a made a lot more money than I normally do. After reaching out multiple times and nothing got resolved I was under stress and deleted the entire channel. I thought I was done with Ktube and just focus on school but I ended up missing it so I came back. I'm glad that you recognized me though. My old channel got scrutinized very badly.

@@Rosiary you should write somewhere or atleast should have made a community post that this is your new channel before deleting the previous one. I know you want to have a fresh start but still I would suggest that you keep your channel name Or profile the same after some time I am sure your previous audience will return. And then you can name your channel anything else or just like change whatever you want. It's still you're decision tho

Why a hater? Bc you disagree with her opinions? Or just cuz she's brutally honest and sometimes speaks the truth some people don't wanna hear?
