- While I was in Oklahoma I went to Cattleman's Steakhouse and had their specialty menu item "Lamb Fries". I was SHOOK when I found out what they really were. Also, shoutout to Selena our server, she was the best!

Oklahoma boy living in NYC !!! My dad and the vet used to make me watch the removal of not lamb but calf fries (ptsd 🤣) and then my mother would try to trick me into eating them 🤣

LOL I could watch a whole season of Nick trying new foods around the US. And I think people started eating "balls" back in the day when slaves had to eat whatever was left over. The plantation owner got the "good parts" and left the slaves to eat what's leftover. (That's just a guess though.)

This isn't that weird, I'm from Colorado-take notes- and the first restaurant I worked at was an upscale steakhouse that served rocky mountain oysters, those are cow balls, and are usually served with cocktail sauce
