This is a good thing - I hope that owners of the most advanced Synchron products will take this view. The thing we need right now is for ANYONE with moderate enthusiasm to have the opportunity to create compositions for orchestral instruments - and in so doing create a need for orchestral players - and a place for orchestral music.

Just one little question for you: are the expression maps for Cubase and Dorico available??
Expression Maps for Cubase are already available. Simply open the Vienna Assistant, click on "Additionals" on the left side and enter "Prime" in the search bar on top.
Expression Maps for Dorico will follow. - Ben

Now it is a question of Synchron Prime or Big Bang Orchestra because they cover a lot of the same samples, right?
Not really... Same players, same location, but different recording attitude/perspective.
BBO is designed for quick orchestral work, with an emphasis on full sections/combinations and tutti orchestra, while Synchron Prime comes with the detailed recordings of single Instruments and dedicated sections.

$600 with a 30 day trial? Absolute no-brainer IMO. I was looking for recommendations after Henson went on a transphobic tirade for alternatives and seeing you offer this package (I already had several VSL libraries, ya'll are the best) it just feels like an easy recommendation now.

Not at all. He is a great musician and knows what he's talking about
Having worked with VSL (and many other virtual instrument companies) for years, I can tell you Paul and his team are absolutely the best for support of any technical or "customer" issue. Paul himself is super knowledgeable and communicates really clearly.
@@karmakarmakarma Very true. He personally responded quickly to a technical issue I had.
If you aren’t passionate about your own job, I suggest you might find something else.
