    I just finished the course offered by the Good Food Institute, and found it absolutely fascinating and visionary. I am 75 years old, but I will never stop learning and hoping for a better future for humanity. I am a life long learner, and it will be hard for GFI to get rid of me now. Before taking the finals and getting credit for taking the course, I am going to devour everything I can find on this subject. It is, as far as I am concerned, is only one area where this new science can benefit our world. Thank you, GFI.
