It looked like he misted on the clearcoat! Is this a half coat - full coat system? I like the final finish but surly there was another coat of clear that went on?
@@MrSata4000 i agree! i use a devibiss dv1 for clearcoat wich i hold much closer to the panel then shown in this video. although satas and devilbiss spray different offcourse and then theres the difference between hvlp and rp 😅

every paint system is different water borne clear you mist on then when it dry's the shine comes out I know that.
+Jeff McLaren i agree....that was a half coat...no way that a car ends up that shiny and glossy after just that (very far and very fast)coat.

Lets be honest it looks good for vid but in real life not quite as simple.
I've met a lot of painters and I'm not sure how that spray technique would work for real...video looks bogus to me....
