Dela, you are doing an AMAZING job, keeping the diaspora informed as to beautiful home communities and vacant land for sale in Ghana. Do not worry about people's criticisms. A lot of people criticizing want something for nothing.
Ghana is truly fascinating in its ways. Buying land is like rocket science. How will the country ever develop…..please push for change….
Nevertheless it’s really developing. There are always ways around problems. These problems will exist , because land in Africa BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE THROUGH ANCESTRAL RIGHTS NOT A FEW ELITES and ARISTOCRATS AS IT’s IN THE WEST and other countries. Nevertheless, the Government should demarcate and register all lands, on its database regardless of ownership, and ascertain ownership through specially created land ownership courts.

If they are serious and want a home they should form a common unity in a given area and build together and they should also look at using polystyrene panels instead of using concrete blocks instead

@@time4advancement244 I am not giving any one orders and not I don't living polyurethane but as far as I have been seen it on my university/ CZcams it use less material faster to put together it is all about sharing. Information and not to have a devilish mindset in that because people are ignorant individual is to make money out of other individual if I know anything regardless of who they are I will blow the trumpet and let everyone knows for of what use will information be to I the physical in bone yard

yes I was about to say that. That's what we did. or you can out on a high vis jacket and a couple of you go to the land with a tape measure and start pretending to do some measuring

I want get yr idea on this someone bought a land develop it dig foundation but when abt to process the commission said the land is own by someone trying to find the person is nowhere my friend has already develop the land so i dnt no Ghost name there nobody has come to tell us he or she owns the land
There could be many reasons for it. The person may even be abroad.
So what is tje solution the guy has develop the land n aquire permit but lands problem with Ghost name
