Ingredients :-
Oil 80ml
Onion 1
Green chili 2
Cardamom 3
Caraway seeds ¼ Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 2
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 / ¼ teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 / ¼ Teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Lamb Trotters / Paya:- 12 / 1 dozen
Warm water 2 liter
Jawari ka atta 2 tablespoon
Garamasala ¼ Teaspoon
Mint leaves 8-10
Fried onion 100gram
