Well that was an unfortunate series of events.
What I can add to what the others have said, the reaper should NOT be queued into their base. Queue it to the triangle third (the base that has the cliff edge they jump up)
If he goes marine first, they station them right at the cliff and your reaper just walks to their death and you get very little scouting. Instead, wait until you are ready to go look/harrass and focus your attention on the reaper for a little bit and see if you cant squeeze in there. If he kills the reaper before any information is gathered, use a scan. Sure it wastes energy that could have been a mule but you need that information asap so you know what you're dealing with and you need to keep up on the information game.
Knowing what he has and what he is doing means you control the game. park a marine outside their base, send one to his death to see if there is a third base, scan his base a few times. You had no information on what he was up to. You only knew it wasnt a proxy. Have a single marine parked just outside his base to where he only dies if the army moves out and a marine at both third base locations. Marines are cheap and easily massed. Put one outside your base so you know when his army arrives. Scout. Scout. Scout.
Also the golden rules for your wall.
TvT, you can leave the wall down unless proxied.
TvP, you can leave the wall down once you secure your natural
TvZ, leave one depot up, build a second wall for your natural (made of depots) then you can lower the main wall.
The wall is only there for run-bys and early pushes. It does nothing for late game. In TvT its actually better to not have a wall at all and just build bunkers if needed. A wall just clumps units up and gets in the way of some larger units like tanks. and Terran loves chokes.
I know you already have plenty of things you are trying to learn, just wanted to give you some more things. Dont have to focus these yet, but they are nice if you remember.

Reaper is still perfectly valid in TvT. Just the point the reaper opening is to keep the reaper alive so it can scout again over time. Something that really hurt you here is you are keeping your supply depots up and your buildings scrunched so you have nowhere to go. In the end you didn't kill the tank because your supply depot was still raised so your marines were pushing into each other, and into the depot to get a shot.
The other big thing is you didn't wait on your tank before you went in with your marines meaning your took way more losses than you needed to. This meant that in addition to your bunkers you just didn't have the marines needed for the second drop.
    Better luck next time.
    Keep up the good work.

Your Analysis: You were inflexible, got your factory down late, the reaper was a bad idea (gas).
    Nope.
5:03 🎵Oh no... Oh no... Oh no no no...🎶 Sorry mate, that's not the problem...
    *inhales*
6:00 OLLIE! PRODUCTION! Just because they dropped in your base doesn't mean you cut production! Look at those minerals!
6:44 You've cock-blocked your own siege tank with bad building placement!
7:22 Look at those minerals buddy, you need production. Drop like 4, maybe 5 barracks in this situation and start pumping marines!
Lack of production and production buildings is why you actually lost.
Some tips: (1) Building your barracks in a column, this way you can get more maneuverability out of your base. (2) You really need to get reactors up on your natural much sooner. (3) The reaper is an excellent idea, don't stop. (4) 4:02 Look at all the minerals you're going to have after dropping these buildings down, you caught how slow you're spending your minerals, work on doing something with them - NOT. TURRETS. Stop being so frugal.
What you did right? I love the order of that opening, that's what I've been waiting to see. You got your second supply depot down so early, excellent.

When you identified that you didnt have enough to fight the first drop, you could have fought with the SCVs. This is common when surprised early game. The right way to send in your workers with your army. If you lose your army then send in the boys (like in this game) they do way worse. Basically you want the workers to soak up the damage while your marines kill the enemies. Everything others said applies after that, but if you lose a whole mineral line to a drop at 5 min, you’re gonna have a hard time getting back into it.

@3:25 no it doesnt tell you its proxy rax, because your reaper didnt check if he built his barracks in his base. Scout around with your reaper first before attempting to kill workers. In my Plat days, I only used my reaper exclusively for scouting and controlled myself not to attack workers. Also after your reaper died, you didn't scout back at 4:00 - thats why you were caught surprised by droom drops. Remember scouting is your priority for now, that way you know if you can macro safely or prepare for agressive attacks. Kiting workers is okay after you scouted the base.

@@Voidspacealpha ye, this guy gets it. A typical worse case scenario is a drop in the main (its a game changer)- as soon as you see it in your mini map, move your workers away from the drop asap. Its a quick/panick reaction and if you defend it well, your opponent will be playing catchup.
