In my imagination this is the eighth and last track in the Rainbow Cup. And Toadette challenges you to race her. You can only race as Krunch the Kremling and nobody else. If you win, she'll say: "HOORAY! You did it! Great job! Well done!". But if you lose, she'll say: "Well, I guess you can try again. Don't give up!". She's ALWAYS giving you another chance to beat her.
