Okay brother I just bought the A30m so what's the subscription for can you unlock more options I mean I don't understand is it like more deep diagnosis or is there like is going to add more options bi-directional or any relearn?
I have a 2017 Buick Envision , will this device allow me to put my vehicle in the service mode to retract rear disc brakes , and do a rear pad replacement? Thanks for your time!
Yes this will allow you out into in service mode.
However, check the comments lots of people complain about the year fees.

It takes about five minutes.
Just as an example I can get a replacement key for my Toyota for $22 now and for my dodge at $6
That doesn’t include making the blade which I normally don’t cut as it’s for emergency use.

Enjoyed the video. I purchased this tool. I went to download the topscan app to my tablet, but its not compatible. What tablets are compatible with this device?
I couldn’t get the tablet to work. I only tried phones
At least with phones they must be 64bit hardware compatible the app doesn't support 32bit

Does the payment apply for everything (every single vehicle, model and all functions) or is it a separate payment for each one?
One payment for all vehicles. But if you buy a real scan tool like czcams.com/video/QKNp2bFYcVI/video.htmlsi=wvcqnIvS-5LXQcDo then it includes 3 years of updates and when the updates expire you can still use the tool without paying more each year. I personally think that a real scan tool is much much better.

Although obd2 is 1996 and newer.
App based device like this are best for vehicles 2008 and newer.

I don’t think these applications based unit will continue to work. That’s why I’m not a big fan of them.

App free but the dongle is subscription about £50 a year but the first year is free
I just bought the topscan and the IM readiness function goes to a page that says no results found and the app freezes. As far as diagnostics everything worked great on a 12 Chevy volt but when trying it on a 06 Lexus gs300 I’m able to do the auto scan and see it has codes stored but when I go into the modules to actually see the codes there is no read dtcs button only “special function” won’t even read codes from the engine computer. Some modules just say no results found. I did try scanning the Lexus on an android phone and everything worked except the IM readiness goes to a white blank screen. So I wouldn’t recommend this if you use an iPhone.

@@RANDOMFIX they came out with a new update a week later on the iOS app that fixed most of the issues but then I tried it on a 09 Altima and it not only could it not communicate but it made the dash go crazy and and every warning light was on. Had to use a real scanner to clear the codes that the topdon caused. My autel ms906 had no problem connecting to it. I think it’s an awesome tool for a great price but they need to work out some bugs. At least after the update it works on more cars than not.
