I've just started day one. Is there a training program you follow or do you just run whatever distance you feel like running that day?
@@thelegalengineer since you've just started, your main focus should be consistency. Run 2-3 km/day, but be consistent with it. In a few days your knees will ache, don't worry, you'll learn how to fix it very soon.
A lot of streak running is like maintaining a car. You see some part is getting damaged, you fix it. Soon you'll learn what the common injuries are, and how you can fix them, and you'll mould your routine accordingly. That's why everyone's routine is different.
For a general measure, add some deep squats, and some basic jumping exercises before running.. and have a good stretch after run. Focus on distance and consistency more than speed.
Gotta have the stunna shades on every single run. Mine are my secret weapon!
