You should start just setting your archers up on a hill or closer so they aren’t charging. also setting your infantry up before charging will help save your troops

I do need to use more tactics to save troops, I just dont think about my early army too much as they are all expendable 🤣🤣

When you want to capture a lord or unique spawn's leader you need prisoners management skill, the higher it is, the higher the chance to capture them. I don't know what level you got, cus you almost never show your skills.
