- This was 5 hours of gameplay cut down... But we are absolutely stacked, some qualis gems in the bag, ready to found my own kingdom,
what should I do next?????

Good strategy is join some pretendent first. If u already start own kingdom everyone attack u. If help some claimant thats much easier. Than u can revolt when claimant stay king and dont want give u some city;) Try for example Madame Ursula from Ravenstern, because ravdnstern is already weak. When King Gregory fall, madame Ursula will be Queen. Than atack for example Laria and ask Ursula give Laria to you. When she give Laria herself or someone else...just rebel and start own kingdom😊
Pendor is very balanced mod. Every kingdom is eqally strong for me. Ewrything depend from luck what kingdom survive. For example that kingdom who fight 2 war same moment have problem usually. Sometimes green kingdom fall, sometimes blue, sometimes red. Atm I am as strong that I decide ewerything...I just help weak kingdoms survive😊My army is 800+ man, lvl 51...only problem is economy. Such huge army cost milions also keep morale high is problem too. But I can solo every spawn, even dread legion or eyegrim.

I was wondering why do you like to play in first person view? Also, i think it's time to attack Sarleon and fortifying your army and kingdom. Maybe if you have high persuasion, you can try to convince some of the Ravernstern lord to join you.
First person just feels better for me, i like the POV when I use the bow 🤣🤣 You might be right on that last bit, stay tuned
Sarleon's looking fairly weak territory wise atm but they are about to take the last Ravenstern city, plus they just took the capital. Idk much about how strong the factions are in terms of unit composition but could it be easier to bully some D'shar villages while sarelon wages war with an ever growing Yellow (forget the faction) and see if red gets weaker? At which point you've got the freedom to either take a D'shar castle or turn on sarleon and take valorshield? I might be completely wrong but regardless rlly good series dude :)
my problem is, Clarion Call is about to give me 80+ units for the grandmaster quest and I have no where to put them, I need real estate 😭😭
