In the player sprite you can just do point towards mouse pointer, move distance to mouse pointer/3 and do set rotation style to don't rotate

you can replace the go to xy block with a change xy and remove the addition operator

One question, every time I try to play it, it always makes me click on the “When I start as clone” or something like that it’s called, so I can play it, or else it won’t work, is it normal?

No it's not normal
You probably missed a block in your code that creates the clones
