Why did Amanda post that online? The girl did look like a rookie as Skye says in her tweet. I like Amanda and she will always be a phenomenal fighter but this looks dumb for her.
Maybe promoting her upcoming fight. Still getting a great reaction though and now another talented boxer Skye Nicholson wants to fight her!

Sometimes they need a taste to see if this is for them. Boxing can be ruthless, best to learn early
You don't need to be punched in the gut to know that being punched in the gut freaking sucks, especially if you're a woman and already have to deal with shit like period cramps. Even if this doesn't manage to scare the poor girl off and actually motivates her to keep going, it's going to be motivation born from a toxic place, and that's not a habit you want to be forming. The only thing this clip manages to achieve is showing the world that Amanda Serrano is an egotistical bitch who doesn't know how to read the room. You NEVER hit your SPARRING partner full-force like this.

Getting the wind knocked out of you basically paralyzed you temporarily. It happened to me in hockey and I legit felt like I was dying. Then I felt fine 2 minutes later.
