Honestly these types of mysteries is what I love to get answers for. Time machine is ever invented, definitely going back to explore these! 😮💨🤯
The Nazca lines and Stonehenge still bewilder me today. One day, I hope to visit Stonehenge and get more insight into it.
When it comes to cave paintings and people going “what do these mean?”, isn’t it possible people are looking way too deep into it? Think about it, outside of hunting and breeding, there wasn’t a whole lot to do. I like to think some cave guy just got bored, realized he could draw with rocks and just wanted to break the boredom with no deeper meaning lol. We think it was ritualistic, he thought “I drew a pretty wolf lol”
Yeah, but, like, what do they mean?
Oh, I know the answers of all these.
Me and the dinos go wayy back.
These unsolved mysteries are interesting! I like how it all has to do with prehistory! The facts are interesting, too. I learned some new things.
I’m glad that my figure was represented in the Venus figurines 😂😂
For some of these mysteries, the solution would be "for fun".

NEVER underestimate the ingenuity and creative brilliance of early humans.
It's unsolved, but Thumbnailus Erectus is having a good laugh.
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! Absolutely stunning insight into the ancient minds of our ancestors, revealing the richness of their culture through these vivid artistic expressions..!!
So many mysteries of the world and that's what makes them interesting.
It's best to leave these questions unanswered. 💯🎉
Why?
I recall a documentary on Neanderthals that talked about the mortality rate for women giving birth was too dangerous for them to be sustainable. There was also evidence that the women folk could not give birth inside the cave, which greatly contributed to the death rate.
They didn't always live in caves, they were a nomadic people that built their own shelters when one couldn't be found.
@@JamesDavy2009 True. Shelter would have been a better word than cave.
Do you recall what it was called? Sounds like a documentary I need to watch. I've never heard that theory.
@@mitchellskene8176 No chance, sorry. 😂 These days I struggle to remember what day it is.
These ones sure are intriguing.
Who killed Ötzi and why did they leave the copper axe with the corpse?
Could be he was shot, fled from his attacker, and his attacker never found him
Why does my forehead look like the foreheads cavemen have? I want this question answered
Sometimes, mysteries are better left unsolved
Nup. Humans are too inquisitive to allow that.
Why? I'm honestly tired of not knowing everything our ancestors were up to/encountered. I wish they had video recording tech way way way way back in the day. Albeit, depending on what's recovered, people would call some a hoax even if something in particular did happen.
@VDOTU5 I'm with you on this one. I recently learned why they arent digging up more of gobeckli tepe, some Egyptian archeological sites, etc. It is bc they are saving some for future generations to discover. So. Basically they are not learning everything we could right now bc they want to save some for future generations to dig up. Wtf dig it up already. Future generations will find new stuff or move on to new discoveries. It's so much bs
You can tell that ollesellin is from community college education at best.
Can anyone else see my previous comment? It's not showing up for me but when I check my YT history. It's there. YT can be so retarded sometimes.
Great list watchmojo. Thanks for sharing.
The Earth is about 4.2 billion years old and we've only been here for about 5 million years.Evolutionary.Wise we've really been here a blink of an eye
We’ve been here less than 5 million years as a species.
The past is mysterious

While I realize that the Earth's Children (Clan of the Cave Bear) series by Jean Auel is historical fiction, she put a TON of research into her books which take place roughly 30000 years ago around the time the Neanderthals started to disappear. She has some fascinating theories and explanations for many of the unsolved prehistoric mysteries in this video.
My favourite novel series!!
#6 - if sound is given meaning and that meaning is portrayed among a people, it's a language.. it may be cultural but language happens sa frequently as sound is given meaning
Only time machine is the only answers
Quist for fire, great movie
Maybe stonehedge is a calendar of sorts
Nazca lines are no mystery; they’re comic book pictures for the gods
I love how the thumbnail shows a caveman with straight teeth. So ridiculous! 😂
Not every modern human has strait teeth, so, it's not that crazy.
Some things are better, just left along it's not meant for humans to know everything. You might just end up messing with something that you'll regret finding.
The moors traveled America long before anyone
I don’t understand why the settling of the American’s is supposed to be such a mystery. Australia was settled 60.000 years ago and was never connected to Eurasia. So were many islands. First people out of Africa settled along the coasts of the Indian Ocean.
People must have had boats way before Beringia fell dry.
I think many of these sites were aggregation sites. People came together to meet, worship, party, meet possible partners.
caves are dark by nature. what I want to know is how did our
ancient ancestors paint these beautiful rock paintings without
any light?
They had light. They would bring lamps in the caves with them to illuminate their work while they made the paintings.
Fire was a great invention
Thumbnail looks like that youtuber "markaplier"
Stonehenge was a clock

Ancient Aliens, really ? There was no better footage to be used?

Why does the thumbnail look like prehistoric Markiplier? 🤔

The Venus Statues are interesting. It shows how our view on beauty has drastically improved. Gotta respect the fact that back then, they already knew what they wanted.
Shows the devil..."his horns are symbols of power & strength" wilddd
Unsolved is fine. How about the Top 10 Solved Mysteries of the Holy Bible?
Such as what? Fairytales don't have anything to solve.
Yea because the thumbnail definitely looks like Usher.
The thumbnail oddly looks like Markiplier, or at least his ancestors.
Hello good morning 😮😮😮😮🎉🎉🎉🎉

Maybe they disappeared purely to help us along on our evolutionary path
Maybe they were never meant to be a prolonged part of history
Just a stepping stone to help us get across this ever flowing River that is the human experience
I love that you mention most of the world but forgetting to mention Australian megaforna was disappointing but to not mention the aboriginal cave art that is all over Australia is more so
Considering a fair bit of Australia has remained unchanged in several billion years… We also recently discovered a prehistoric giant kangaroo fossil.
Reject humanity, return to monke
Aren't most big cities already going that route? Crap all over the streets and sidewalks, mass robberies, crime and mayhem running a muck?
@@vixxxenfoxxx3660 Sounds like London during the First Industrial Revolution.
Monkeys and humans are one in the same. 🤦♂️
@@simplylethul Not quite - we evolved from apes. Monkeys are primates with tails whereas apes lack tails.
The obese stay puft figurines of women are interesting. I guess some things haven't changed after all.
😂

How about humans have always been in the Americas
