The ocean's so deep, it's like another planet of species. 🎉
I wouldn't be surprised if the Daedelus saw an oarfish, those things have been reported to grow to lengths described, plus they're pretty alien looking
I was just thinking the same thing
They don't swim horizontally though, only flaw
@@Pepespizzeria1 They can actually swim in both horizontal and vertical, but prefer vertical when they feed and rest.
Mane but they don’t swim along the sides of boats. Usually they just kinda hang in the water vertically
@@IAmWBeard that we know of, if we know for sure it wouldn't of been on this list
14:42 - am I the only one who thinks that little guy is absolutely adorable?
“And crikey you’re such a boring guy, you can make a whole show about the ocean dry!” Steve Irwin

7:52 If you've ever wondered what that ugly 'blob fish' looks like when it's not a pink, amorphous mass, you can see it in this frame; it's the long, blue-ish silky looking fish that's slinking it's way across the screen.
Thanks, Watch Mojo, for staying away from the pure woo stories. Made things a lot more interesting.
I find Immortal Jellyfish really fascinating it’s so cool how they can revert back to being a baby and these other mysteries are really crazy
Somewhere deep down there in the depths of the ocean, you can see my regards for life floating off in the distance, without a single care in the world, unfortunately.
11:42 uhm...extraterretial planets?
zomg! that very first creature, the little jellyfish bouncing left and right as it patrols its area? I MUST HAVE ONE.
Now this is one of the most interesting videos that I seen dropped from Watch Mojo! The depths of the ocean are still largely so mysterious and fascinating. The fact that most of the earth is water like our bodies is so interesting to me.
Appreciate the Tomb Raider reference when talking about The Devil’s Sea/ The Dragon’s Triangle 😌
You guys forgot to mention the under water train grave yard and also for got to talk about the underwater forest in the ocean as well
I could’ve swore they dump them there for the fish or some shit so it’s not a mystery unless we taking about different things idk if it’s for the fish exact but I read they dump them in ocean all I remember is
Got to ❤ the mystery of the ocean 🌊 😊
Mageladon wasn’t a deep sea fish tho. It was a coastal hunter.
Jokes on you this just makes my curiosity more interested
Immortal Jellyfish are awesome, the way they can revert to baby is amazing
No more ships disappear in the "Bermuda Triangle" than other parts of the ocean....
Even after it's been thoroughly and resoundingly debunked, it seems people can't just let the "mystery" die
Way to hit me right in my thalassophobia 🤯😭😂
What's that the fear of?
@@michaelpalmieri7335fear of lassos, not as popular now but you can imagine in cowboy times it was a pretty big deal
@@xTechDeathThalassophobia is the persistent and intense fear of deep bodies of water, such as the ocean, seas, or lakes.
@@Jeremiah_Rivers76
So that's what it is. Thank you for the heads up. 👍
@@Jeremiah_Rivers76play subnautica and it will make your thalassophobia more worse

Aaah, that crab was so close to getting out of the jacuzzi of despair.
"Hard to fathom" LOL
Happy Friday 😜

Ocean Gate 😅
One word for "rising sea levels". Displacement
Nice to hear your voice again at this channel Rebecca!
If only Atlantis was an actual place and not just an allegory for the effects of human's arrogance. Unfortunately, we still haven't learned.
I feel like number 19 was featured in Dr. Stone
"There are some who maintain there is more to Bimini Road than carbon dating suggests."
Those people are wrong. It's beach rock. Beach rock forms very fast due to the calcium carbonate from coral reefs, of which there are a lot in the Bahamas. If the sea level fluctuates a little bit the rock which forms underwater may be exposed to air which causes cracks that are then worn smooth once it's back underwater creating the appearance of bricks or blocks.
No mystery here.
The New Jersey parallelogram comes to mind.
Man, I swear I could listen to David Attenborough read out the proper way to file taxes all day and still be interested. If it's a nature documentary without him narrating what were they thinking?
It is also worth noting that while the bottom of the Marianas Trench was reach in 2020, it was not the first time it had been done. It was originally reached in the 60's and then not again until more recently because of the pressures being even more powerful and crushing than had first been thought.
None of these freaked me out, if anything it intrigued me
For anyone knows the bloop could be a whale fart.
Or the Earth burping. 🤷♀😄
The area between the dimming of light until reaching almost the bottom is the area least explored. The sea floor can be measured in square miles/kilometers, but the most area is that area that is deep, but still free floating. That is the largest bio zone on the planet.
Wuju Puerto Rico!
2:31 swum?!
Oh and by the way Julia Blooped lol and i bet that fart was crazy loud... I wonder if it inked itself 😅
Malaysia Airlines Flight 370? Have you found it Watchmojo?
You left out the mystery of the sailing ship, the Mary Celeste, which was found empty on the sea, its entire crew having vanished without a trace.
And how about what happened to the steamship known as the Edmund Fitzgerald. To this day, no one knows exactly how it broke up and sank. The mystery was immortalized by pop singer B.J. Thomas in his hit song "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald."
Gordon Lightfoot sang it
@@karawardlaw4090
Oh yes, you're right! My mistake. 🙁 I apologize. Thanks for setting me straight.
"The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" was Gordon Lightfoot.
If all these crazed looking sea creatures look like this i cant imagine wth is in space 😵💫
Wondered how long it would take before Ancient effing aliens was brought into the mix.
At 24.04: "At Mu another name for Atlantis". No, Mu is another name for Lemuria.
Holy shit. The cuts to the loud annoying movie scenes is not needed.
I’ve visited this place in many dreams. Not the most enjoyable at all.
Whoo!
How is disappearing off a boat considered a "deep sea" mystery? lol...
Do something skateboarding related
Bermuda 🇧🇲 triangle has actual live pirates still lurking 😅.. as per planes ✈️ storm ⛈️ can account for that..
Any time I hear "there are some people who believe..." I know the BS meter is spiking. Yeebus.
Clearly the bloop is just a massive turd hitting the water😁
Its a shame Humanity only ever explored 5% and *roughly* mapped only 20% of oceans
I won't be surprised if Cthulu comes to surface

Do. A video of scrapped South Park characters a to z
Plenty of creatures mortality in the deep sea 😬

Swum 🤔
Yeah....not freaked out.
The Bermuda Triangle? Thoroughly debunked. It is the result of poorly maintained and poorly crewed ships with the mystery aspect kept alive by authors seeking book sales or internet clicks.
And the planes that go missing?
@@StanHalen1936 As for the five TBM Avengers that disappeared in 1945, if you listen, very closely with an educated ear, to recordings of the plane to plane conversations, several things stand out. First, that the two compasses in the plane of the flight leader were broken, but he didn't relinquish command (as he should have). Second, there was a more experienced pilot on the flight, but no one called out the flight leader for his mistakes because of fear and/or ignorance. A PBM Mariner of the search most likely blew up (they were known to leak fuel).
As for other planes, it's only the 21st century where we have advanced real time tracking of planes. If you watch YT channels, like Allec Joshua Ibay and The Flight Channel, there are lots and lots of instances of planes getting lost (and crashing) because of weather, bad navigation and/or pilot misbehavior. Consider, as said, at the beginning of the video, that this stretch of ocean is heavily traveled. Name a well traveled stretch of freeway and consider how many (needless) accidents that there are on that stretch of road.
Yeah it's common knowledge there is an unexplained magnetic field that compromises most instruments in that particular area
