    Dear Readers,
    Greetings to you all
We all know that there's no knowledge without academy. The turning points of one's career starts with academic life, your future hope depends upon it. At this time your mind is like clay, which is a very soft thing & like clay yours mind can be shaped in different ways, once formed is hard to be reformed. If you receive good training in yours academic life, you will be a good citizen in future. Childhood is the foundation stone upon which stands the whole life structure as the seeds sown in childhood blossom in the 🌲 tree of life. Education which is imparted in childhood at the early stage of development of mind is more important than the education received in college and university.
Each and every student has a hidden ability, teachers need to recognize the students with such a ability. Creativity is the key to success in the future and primary education is where teachers can bring creativity in children at that level. Today students learn for the examinations and the competetive system is there, grades are the only measurement, that's why when asked WHERE THE MILK COMES FROM students reply "FROM DAIRY" they don't have the knowledge of cows and 🐃 buffaloes and I think this type of education cannot teach them to solve the real life problems. One of the biggest mistake teachers and parents can make when to come to developing students who are good learners is to limit learnings to classroom, while the classroom will likely be the primary source of instruction, intellectual, social and academic growth should extend outside the walls of the classroom - if you want to really enhance a child's desire and ability to learn. As parents we are our children's first and most important teacher. Children's learn by watching us and listening to what we say, when parents are involved in their children's 🏫 school the children do better and have better feelings about going to school.
A particular skill set at a young age will promote
entrepreneurship in the country. The development of the country depends on the proper education of the youths.
The education system should generate job creators instead of job seekers. Besides we face a worst political system that there's no educational criteria for being elected as a country's prime minister to finance, educational, agricultural, Minister's, to get a job there are many criterias like education, age, height, weight and to pass the Loksewa but for politicians who had to run the whole country there is no any criteria. One of the country which is well renowned as the birthplace of GAUTAM BUDDHA and often recognized as the country of EVEREST, NEPAL lacks the focus in education system. Education system should speak it's essence. What does the country actually want to produce?
An intelligent work force who are capable of competing in the global market or bundle of students who are good at rare things despite holding the graduation certificate. The focus must be clear. The present problem escalates as country is producing a mediocre graduates who neither can compete in global level, nor is assured of working within nation. How do you feel when a graduate fellow opts to move towards the gulf country expending millions of rupees accepting the blue - collar job ? This is all because the foundation of education is utterly pathetic a shame to all. In the present context the education system has to be desgined in a way that produces large number of employment generators and not just employment seekers.
