- Hey guys, in this guide I am going over what you can do best to carry with Shaco jungle every game.
Starting with the Best Build & Runes, to what the best clear is, then how to invade and win the game as fast as possible.
Also, I am going over objective securing, how to split push, how to team fight, while giving a few tips & tricks you might now have known.
Regarding Patch 12.10 and it's changes, I believe Shaco can still perform well with the Claw Build as it boots damage enough to compensate for the resistance buff, specially in Elo's below Master as long as you take advantage of the early game and use the strategy I talk about in the video to gain the upper hand, secure all objectives and finish the game as quickly as you can.

Finally a guide that makes sense to a non jungler, one trick him ap sup, but I've never done well in jungle, try to play him as a normal JG early, but this playstyle seems like something I could pull off, cheers you deserve more subs

good guide mate, by the way did you know that the mythical items along with the axiomatic bow will receive a buffs in version 12.11? maybe that will make things easier for shaco; If you still don't know, you could take a look at the release notes.
Thanks, when it comes to the item buffs, I just checked em out, +5 Lethality isn't that crazy but if you're playing with Claw, and not Duskblade, you should still be fine and do damage

Never liked tank Shaco after Season 11
Have you tried going ingenious hunter over relentless for less cd on prowler and youmuu? If yes, what do you think about It?
No point really, Relentless is better since you get the speed much earlier and can snowball faster
do you still go the same build into like full bruiser/tanky teams? i feel like i'd do like no dmg into that building lethality unless i snowball early
With Shaco you're supposed to snowball early every game and the Build isn't 100% about lethality, it's a combo between it and Crit
If you're against a team of full tanks and so on, likely no Build can carry
The best option is to either dodge and just focus on objective securing
My second option to this Build would be the Bork into Kraken first one but I still prefer Claw since there will always be at least 1 squishy carry in the enemy team that I can focus and turn the game into a 5v4, then bait
Idk, I just found most success with this Build regardless of the enemy team comp

This will work till anything crazy changes the game, otherwise it'll always be a good build

They're changing Alacrity, it will give bonus ability haste
isnt it hard to play a lethality build since last patch gave every champ more armor / lvl ? (Even tho it will get "buffed" next patch)
It's still better than playing tank, you can still one shot and secure objectives solo
One question, so we go dirk, greeves, then essence reaver? Or Dirk, greeves, claw then essence?
Personal prefference, when I want to foccus on someone early game, then I go Claw to be able to one shot them for sure, otherwise, Essence is somewhat better early because it's a better all rounder and gives you better DPS, especially when farming the jng

And also what is ur opinion on playing drain tank shaco with sheild bow + ravenous hydra + all the op healing items, as u may already know heal cutting has been nerfed alot.

How you cancel your E animation
You don't really, it's becuase of Hail of Blades that you can attack, E attack, and E will land only after the second attack, resulting in an instant one shot combo
Otherwise, if you're referring to the E canceling altogether, than it happens when you lose vision of the target before the ability fully casted, which can be insanely annoying

Yes, of course
Harder not because of the patch necessary, but because the meta shifted, thus making tankier picks more prominent

neither really
I usually ban tankier champs that shaco usually struggles against like zac, wukong, volibear, graves and so on, especially if they are meta

You auto once before using R, then the clone keeps the high attack speed from the mastery even after you hit 3 times.

i have had no success with shaco after weapons rework. i went from 60% wr in gold to 41% in silver. i have been fed af but i cant seem to kill anyone mid to late game (im using the ER collector build u recommended). switched to viego cuz meta :( will try out prowler's claw for a couple of games. i legit dont think my shaco is bad mechanically but yea i could probs work on my macro on shaco.
In mid to late game you don’t need to kill people. Shacos split push is one of the best in the game. Try a build with eclipse bork Ldr. Shred tanks, dmg squishy. If you get ahead early they will need to send at least 2 to stop you until late late game and then you can just q and run away if you try the fight can’t win it. Should at least burn some of their cooldowns. Mainly a good strat after durability patch.
Shaco has quite literally just gotten worse now.
try to go tank shaco, assasin shaco is pretty dead rn.

Interesting, but what happens when you be going against a team that knows what they are doing all the time. Ward the jungle, invade shaco lvl 1 etc
this is why shaco is not picked in competitive
This only works in gold -
know your limits, make sure you are only rotating to plays where you will make a positive impact, and make plays on the opposite side of the map from a bad play that your team will definitely make. Basically, make sure you’re throwing less often than the enemy team

I've been doing this in Challenger and still worked 80% of the time
When it doesn't, I still end up annoying the enemy team hard early which still leads to an advantage, usually thought the fact that I steal their buff and get away
Believe it or not, in Diamond for instance people are just as bad and blind as in gold/silver, there I have like a 90% success rate
No hate, but you put too much trust in your average "high elo player"
Is this build still good after the nerfs?
Yeah, better than going tank imo, especially since Shaco got a few compensation buffs

I only enjoyed playing Shaco ap/ability haste mid or top who focused on wasting enemy time and being uncatchable at every cost. So many games I got fed because people got overconfident or people got stupid. Entire team chasing me while our team gets objectives. It was so much fun, but it feels like garbage with the durability patch- my boxes, even full build, never do meaningful damage, my execute as poke is completely laughable now, my clone is a completely non-threat, i'm just a CC fear machine that doesn't have any reliable way of applying it since I don't have any point and click or skillshots to apply it and rely entirely on the enemy not walking away/outranging my clone or simply not walking into my boxes. It used to not matter as much because I got good value even out of one box, but now I am just doing no damage regardless of what I build, and nobody is dieing.
Playing shaco this way was my comfort pick because I knew I would have a fun game regardless of what happens. Now I have zero motivation to play, and the attack damage Shaco cycle of jungle->invis into lane->lol backstab me win feels so, so boring. I just can't play it. Can I live in a world where AP shaco is viable again? Or is AD the only way?
well lane ap shaco is kinda dead unless u can outplay a lot. have u tried ap shaco jgl? its def not as strong as before durabilityupdate... but ive seen some ap jgl shaco builds with ludens, cant say much about it though... with the upcoming liandris nerf even better soon
im playin mostly tank shaco (tank mythic -> wits end -> deathsdance) and am having a lot of fun with it
another build im enjoying is sunfire into demonic embrace into cosmic drive. points of both builds is to be an annoying piece of shit and i love that
ive even seen "ap" shaco jgl with support items and u commit fully to being annoying
id say ad is not the only way but way easier to be successful with. just my 2 cents

But yeah, I never put more than 1 point into w, never did and I never saw anyone do it either until recently when I watched desperate shaco I think
Anyways, as I said in the video, 2 points in w are an insane waste as you can instead max E and have a lot more damage early, from my experience at least :)

Seriously tho look up the leaderboard for the top shaco's worldwide, check the top 20 jingle shaco's, and then look at what order they level their abilities. The vast majority are putting at least 2 in w. Also Duskblade is super rare on that list. Maybe 2 out of the 20 build it. It's either strikebreaker, kraken slayer, eclipse, etc.
Again, no disrespect AT ALL, your skills FAR surpass mine, and the way u do it is obviously working for you.

As long as you have to put 2-3 pts into W as AD shaco, makes no sense to play him AD. Also, his E scale being AP just makes him a trash champ.

Also, his E has both AD and AP scaling but it's mainly about the base damage increase early game

Actually.... this build is trash in the latest update. Just tried it and usually your guides are top noch but I 4/1 180 farm got bullied 1v1 by tristana 1/5 with 80 farm. It is literally impossible to "1shot " anyone with PC and reaver or collector at this point i dont know in which depts of iron you took this footage but sorry. Not a good one this time.
Looking forward to the next one tho.
Forget about full lethality shaco for a while guys. Conqueror/Lethal tempo with gore is the best thing right now.
