How far in advance should you book the priority hours? Does it matter? What if you just book them a few hours right before?
Hi there! Many tutors like to book PH well in advance when there are more to choose from, but there's no problem if you pick up PHs a few hours before they start. We hope that helps!
both my husband and I work for Cambly. We often want to schedule priority hours together, but often he does not have any available on his schedule whereas I do. Why is this?
Hi Siobhan! We love Cambly Couples! ❤️ PHs are available based on a number of factors, including supply and demand and tutor rating. It could be that PHs were already reserved by the time he checked his schedule (they can go fast!) @@CamblyTutors No, he had no e, I checked and had loads, he rechecked still had none. We're both pretty new, and dont have a proper rating yet. It's very strange!
