Video was very helpful. A relative was so excited that he unboxed the computer without watching the video. He actually left the foam inside and plugged monitor in the hdmi slot. He is supposed to be an expert at computers. I had to look up this video. I've had the computer a week now and I'm impressed with it. I am a casual player who loves world of warcraft (dying game, I know). I have been playing since burning crusade though. Great job on the computer. Highly recommend. I watched braethorn's video and he was right.

Just got mine in today but I’ve been staring at it for 5 minutes tryna decipher how to take out the packaging inside lol. I don’t have outside screws like the one pictured here. I believe I have the Lian-011 Dynamic

I can't wait to get mines I would like to see more contention PC builds you have like the Spartan the gladiator and the Legatus I really like the video and would like to see more reviews and like I said more vids on pre builds you already have so people like me know what to expect when ordering a PC also I ordered mines from Alexander pc because I watched a video from breathorn and he mentions different PC intergraders and he mentions Alexander pc and I made my first purchase a spartan PC can't wait to see it in person thanx for the content can't wait to see more 👍🏻

@@patrickmac9403 I ordered it on 4/20/22 and arrived 5/12/22 I think it was because I chose a different CPU and GPU and added the loan LI strimers to it it's a all white and black PC looks great and I'm very happy with my purchase I will be. Ordering another one for my son he loves it and plays on it
It would be nice to have a non marked outer box so it has less chance of being stolen
Everything is direct signature required, fully insured, and tracked. We've delivered thousands and thousands of PCs with an exact 0% loss ratio from theft.

@@AlexanderPCs1 There is a high risk of FedEx not obeying the order and just leaving it in your yard. So it still might be better to have an unmarked box. Luckily mine made it here, but could easily have been looted.

Where is the video on how to control the RBG lights?
it depends on the brand of the part that has rgb i would reccommend looking up universal rgb controller

How do you open the Gladiator?
It's an O11 so you need to take the top panel off first by loosening the thumb screws and sliding it backwards, then the side panels will lift out.

I think these guys are barely breaking even. The prices are very low. They don't seem to be holding that many parts as well, which means they aren't buying them for very cheap. I'm not sure how well they are going to be able to service their customers at this pricing as they grow their operations, but they definitely have the lowest prices in the industry. Keep up the great work guys.
