l read that the other 3 social classes are not allowed to accept charity from Brahmanas. I need to understand how, when only Brahmanas may accept charity, is it a closed sector then, (where a brahmana gives to, and receives from only other Brahmanas.) interesting!

Interesting podcast especially when it comes to health care, interesting health care workers like myself have said the problems in health is that shareholders and companies have to make profit, here in the UK I see even Indian owners of care homes are focused more on making money than giving first class care

. Although the kṣatriyas are almost as qualified as the brāhmaṇas, even they cannot accept charity. This is strictly prohibited in this verse by the word apratigraha. What to speak of the lower social orders, even the kṣatriyas must not accept charity.
