Mike, I found your channel about two months ago. I wanted you to know that I really look forward to your walkthroughs and I can't wait for each new video. Thanks for the market update videos too. It's good to hear about the state of affairs over there. I think I'm a couple of years away from buying right now. I'm tossing around the idea of either buying a blue water catamaran sailboat, or a decent house in Hawaii. I have two years to figure it out.
Btw... By about the fourth video I watched I thought it was interesting that everyone in Hawaii drives white Tesla's. Lol... (Forehead slap) it must be yours. Good choice! I own a bit of Tesla stock.

Some of the homes are priced in an affordable range (based on what my home in Seattle would receive when I sell). I've been mainly interested in homes in Oahu but what you have been showing on the Big Island is starting to pique my interest. I just may plan a trip to the Big Island for early 2023. Reminds me of larger version of my parents house, who live in Southern California. They grow literally everything, from Oranges and avocados to apples, guava, persimmon, chili's, sugar cane, cactus, apricots, peach, lemons (various variations) etc. Mind you jt is a much much smaller lot than this house but damn it's lovely

Not worth it. Luxury vinyl……..are you kidding me? Sorry dude, there is NO such thing. Also carpet in bedroom areas………no way. The house in my opinion is overpriced!!!
luxury vinyl is what they call it. Check it out at home depot or lowes. I didn't invent the word.
