    Listed by Randy A Ripley RS-78412 of Compass RB-23206
    On the rim of Puu Lani Ranch with full-on views of the magnificent natural landmark Puu Waawaa, this home exudes the highest level of quality by owners who truly understand luxury. This is one of the most beautiful homes you will ever walk into: Brazilian Tigerwood flooring, a kitchen that is a work of art unto itself utilizing the highest-end designer stainless steel, Italian Van Gogh granite, ribbon-grained African Mahogany combined with Birds Eye Maple cabinets and a custom glass and Mahogany wood 500 bottle capacity wine cellar with interior granite. The doors of the wine cellar and kitchen cabinetry were created by master craftsman Roy Lambrecht. The fixtures throughout are all designer labels: Mirabelle, Tiburtino Chiaro, Impronta Marmo D. Marfil, Emtek, Minka Aire just to name a few. At the heart of the master bath is a stunning hydro system Picasso 60x36 soaking tub while the powder room lighting is a Swarovski Prismatic multicolor pendant in satin nickel. The tiled salt-water pool is surrounding by a large deck of unicorn green quartzite. The media room has Daikin AC and acoustic sheetrock on walls and ceiling. The room has been tuned by using Acoustic Wedge soundproofing studio foam tiles on walls and ceiling. Surround sound speakers by Definitive Technology are built-in. The garage is immaculate with Swiss Trax flooring. There is a floor to ceiling Koa wood executive office, a private poolside putting green, complete photovoltaic system and solar hot water, security system, Regency propane fireplace surrounded by granite and a concrete driveway stained and sealed w/ 4x6 drywall. Rim lots in Puu Lani Ranch are limited and rarely become available; views of Puu Waawaa, Hualalai and the ocean come with these limited, exclusive Rim lots. Convenience to Waimea, Kona, Waikoloa Resorts (30 minutes), Airport (25 minutes) at the perfect 2200' elevation making for comfortable temperatures year round. This is a must see home!

    To think you don’t really have to use the AC is a blessing in its self. Nothing better than fresh air. Absolutely beautiful house Mike with great walk around as usual with attention to detail. Great work Mike.

    The Media Room used Acoustic Sheetrock on walls and ceiling for sound absorption & used Acoustic Wedge soundproofing studio foam tiles on walls and ceiling for soundwave diffraction/absorption..

    What a fantastic quality home. I agree with you in the windows Mike, just spectacular. I would not change anything. Always look forward to your videos and commentary. The only thing I would change is to see even more.

    We would change the red hot tub but that sure is a beautiful home.

    ONO Video, Mike! your descriptions of the interior, finishes & setup were on point AND your presentation of the exterior areas was expansive, detailed & fired my imagination, Mahalo. I noted that the property bordered the approach highway and you answered all my questions. BZ, Well Done!

    Just stopping by to let you know you have all the ingredients to be a top real estate YT channel. I know CZcams is secondary to selling houses, but if you included B-roll detail shots and some drone footage, this channel will blow up!

    Counter top Van Gogh granite is the rarist, most expensive and desired granite in the world at about $400 sq ft.

    I'd change the furnishings overall, but especially in the theater room. Try to figure out a couple of rows of theater seats, and a bigger screen.

      @HawaiiRealEstate  Před 2 lety

      Less than Kona actually. Our rainfall map say's it's under 25 inches per year.

      @@michaelstaruszkiewicz8798 I believe so. We don't really see restrictions on that in any of the HOA's but if so it would be in the docs that you have a review period for.

    I have happened to come across a pair of properties that would benefit from the "Mike Drutar Experience," 1 in Kohala Ranch & 1 in Hawi. 59-1104 Kohala Ranch Rd. is the estate adjacent to the 2x Lot that you showed on 2.08.2022 (Sold for $4.4m). Downslope from that Hale, 59-1104 is a bit bigger in every way, 25 acres, Solar + LiFe Batteries, & a herd of goats to boot. 55-3577 Alaalae Rd. 22.45 acre estate with a nice Hale, a Tesla Solar/Powerwall System installed, with some Homestead Infrastructure on property as well. One question Mike, 55-3577 Alaalae Rd. is the posted address, but I found it North of Hawi, off Pratt Rd, NOT where its presented on the various websites' "Big" Map. It is perplexing.
