Looks like auctions were canceled. Latest says Bidding Closed just after it was supposed to start once again.
some big builder will buy it and put up a multi story condo building like next door.
Waiting for the mayor to add this house to the Minatoya list.
If you can afford it you can probably afford to tear both down and build a really nice new home.
I could easily live in the Ohana for the rest of my life, maybe a new coat of paint, and some touch ups is all. As for price, figure maybe around $12 million by some rich person who will tear both houses down and build a mega mansion.
If that's the price, you'd think it would've sold for the market price of $8million and it wouldn't be going to auction.

I don’t see the appeal. Tiny house, on a busy street, small yard, not a private beach, outdated interior, and probably zero income potential with the Guest Ohana. I'll be stunned if it gets 5 million in this market.

The beautiful green grass complementing the beautiful various shades of ocean, blue and sky is priceless and then the sunsets every night. WOW
Beautiful property… I don’t mind the outdated kitchen etc. your buying the beautiful view with a sunset! Wish I could buy.. we just came back from Maui, such a special place. The only thing I worry about are more potential wild fires…
