This is clearly one of the most beautiful homes in Hawaii, showcased in a setting and by a presenteer worthy of paradise. I can't wait to hear more about the home and experience first hand what it feels like to walk through such an opulent home in paradise. Living in this home would make my wife and I feel like we are living in our own private resort.
Those floating pathways are just the thing to break an ankle on a Saturday night after a few beers.
18 million is way too steep but its a very fine house.
Very beautiful and well designed.
I like the idea of a fridge as you walk from the master bedroom to the bathroom--just in case you get thirsty or hungry on the way there...
I think I could be comfortable living in this.
What a gorgeous home, great job on the presentation.
I like the house the bathroom really neat idea but it also presents a problem if you don't see very good at night time stumbling around you might wind up in the pond and get a wake up call if you can't see very good walking on Stepping Stones
Beautiful home. But I'd make some adjustment to the master bathroom. I live in Hawaii and I don't want to think about big roaches, liazrds, etc., start crawling over the wall and enter the bathroom.
I think she forgot to mention those creepy crawlies.....lol

I don't know how often it rains in Hawaii but if it did rain, wouldn"t one have to run around closing windows or whatever to keep the furniture dry? Luv the concept of each bedroom being a "sanctuary"

My sister and I have been dreaming about going in on a house in Hawaii for a couple years now. just kind of waiting to inherit the family fortune before we can really get serious about it. (we certainly wont be in the price range of this house even at that point) I'll just keep enjoying your vids until then and I have your name in mind...
This was a beautiful tour, Kristi! That bathroom is stunning! Besides the bathroom, my favorite parts were when the bed draperies were fluttering in the breeze... That does a great job showing our trade winds that cool us, even when it's warm! @big_island_real_estatetv

Nice home, but compared to other luxury homes found in CZcams this &18M is overpriced, even with furniture. The master tub looks like it can kill someone if they slip.

I really tried to like it but unfortunately after living in Thailand for over 20 years it just looks like a very expensive northern Thai style house and for 18 big ones no way. I really don’t get the Bali/Thai look at all but whatever floats your bout. If I do come to buy here I would buy a big comfort furniture none of this Asian themed but Polynesian yes I like that style. After days of searching this house is accident waiting to happen the stepping stones would kill me for sure. 😂
