Definitely has potential. I'd buy it intending to spend a million on a makeover. The extra acre makes the buying price seem quite reasonable.

Very nice. Would have loved to see you go down the yard so we could see the area around the mango tree. Also, love your vids, but sometimes its tough to get a feel of the flow of the house the way you shoot. Take a look at how Enes Yilmazer and Darren Kriz (here in Los Angeles) do their video walkthroughs. They are really good.

Very nice build and well thought out planning. I would have enclosed the outside shower with the wood tile on all walls and added some plants. I would imagine they will keep adding to the landscaping so each home feels less exposed. 🌴🌴🌴🌺🌸

That is a WOW home! I agree the floor plan on this is spectacular, and I’d be hard pressed to find anything to change. Maybe I would wish for a two car garage, but still, this is a fabulous home. The decor and art inside are also beautiful and go perfect with the home, and I believe you said it comes furnished too, so that’s amazing.

Not 100% sure, but think the microwave has a button or a hand-wave that opens the drawer. Guessing you can’t have PV in resort homes. I liked the great room best, with the tall ceilings second. Thank you for the video - you two have the best energy. Happy Aloha Sunday!

It would be better if you didn't put your hands in the video so much. It's VERY distracting, and sometimes causes the camera to refocus. You don't really need to point at things so much, as your descriptions of what you're showing are just fine.

For 10 million, i would like to see a personal beaches with adjusted terrains, and it's better to be located on Oahu, Big Island is a place if u want to find out 'serenity', but Oahu is the place of balance between 'productivity', nature and hanging out together.
