Great little house. That rock wall facing the water would immediately get torn down. The only thing it's getting you privacy from is the trees and ocean view.

It’s a great property. It needs some smart decorating and landscaping. I really like the lock out, solar and 3 car garage. The view with protected land really clinches the deal. I just settled on a brand new house 2 weeks ago, but I’m always dreaming of Hawaii. Thank you for the tour. ❤

That super-duper-fan is a really cool (pardon the pun) addition.
I might add a proper covered lanai for dining and entertaining purposes, it would complete what's on offer for that price.
I’m sure the price is good value, you could do some things to modernize it if you wanted to invest the money. However I just don’t understand the planning of these homes! There is a huge sweeping driveway, all that land out back, but the footprint of the house is so small compared to the lot size. I ‘m sure they had to clear the land originally so why not build a larger home to begin with! Is it a planning issue in Kona that you can only build out a certain percentage of the lot? Why leave all the land out back undeveloped, I’m genuinely curious why this is?
Severe slope of the lot dictates the layout!.and probably ccr setback rules.

Love your videos. Like this house a lot. A couple of tips , when you show the view if you could yell us which direction is west that would be good and second, you rarely go down below the view so that we could see what's really below as well as from the driveway and front gate so again we'd get the whole perspective but I do enjoy them..one day maybe I can buy. Thank you again for doing then. I like yours better than most of the other Hawaii realtors because you seem more real and down to earth. It would also be nice if one day you did a special video on what it was like live all year in Kona or wherever .it could be a 4 part series...just a thought.
He talks about the sun setting, and dropping down those shade screens. In Kona, I'm assuming west is facing the ocean.
