Haha, you’re going to probably laugh at this, and I may be in the minority, but the one thing I would change is forget about the sauna and have walk-in closets instead. 😂 However, that’s some very impressive property there, and very stylish decor (you are correct, mother of Pearl inlay on that cabinet). The limestone is a definite stand out. This definitely seems ready for the vacation rental market.

Going to say I was taken aback by the price initially - $3.2mil for a condo, but - wow - it really is done SO well.

Hi Mike. This property must be bringing in some serious income in order to justify the asking price.
Remember that in Hawaii properties like this don't have to cash flow and make a profit they just have to offset some of the costs. The owners who buy these are looking to enjoy themyself and recover some money but they don't expect these things to cash flow as the best possible investment. At the end of the day these are purchases made because people want it not because they need to make money
