I never thought places like this exited! I thought maybe there would be a few handfuls of washed up shells not banks of them. I am highly jealous! I live on the coast in the UK - we do occasionally get big seadumps of shells but nothing I have seen like that. And of course our shells are nowhere near as spectacular as yours. I regularly go beachclieaning/combing looking for interesting natural items, I think if I found anything like you do I would be weeing in excitement :D

I was SO DISAPPOINTED, flew down to Sarasota, drove all the way to Sanibel Island thought I was going to find me some beautiful seashells like Pam Rambo finds and it was such a big bust. 🙁
