Welcome to the very first episode of my Loud House review project! My goal in this is to review every single episode of The Loud House ever made, trying to determine which episodes and seasons get the luxurious Glory House, and which ones belong in the smelly Garbage House. I'll also discuss the best episodes of the season, add a few facts, highlights, and notes. Like with Yogi's Ark Lark (1972): during the scene they were painting the name on the ship and the name was too long. They decided to try a short name, when really, they could just push back the place of the name more to the left side.

Fun Fact of the Season 1 Loud House episode "Sleuth or Consequences": According to Whitney Wetta, one of the Loud House writers (and also one of the writers who wrote "Sleuth or Consequences"), this was actually based on her childhood due to her old sister often clogging the toilet and putting the blame on Whitney, in which her family would believe Whitney's older sister since she was the oldest. But when New Year's Day was approaching, however, Whitney found in her older sister's diary that one of her New Year's resolutions was to stop blaming her younger sister for clogging the toilet, and Whitney showed this diary entry to her parents as proof that the older sister was the one responsible for all the toilet clogs in the past.

If the writer's depiction of Luna repeatedly conflicts with your concept of her, perhaps YOU are the one getting the character wrong.

I despise the Green House, but for entirely different reasons. I'm going with the idea that Lincoln is a massive hypocrite in this episode. He convinces his sisters to go green, yet he goes off having a video game tournament because "it's too special". As for the gamer boys, why couldn't Lincoln just refuse to invite them? It's not as if he was pressured into doing so or that he couldn't stand up for himself before. So he basically makes the sisters suffer in potato sacks just because he wants to do his stupid video game tournament. It isn't a good excuse to torture the girls and this episode will live in infamy because of Lincoln's hypocrisy and selfishness.
At least Lincoln made the sisters suffer for a change.

It all started in Casa Loud when Lincoln was playing around with his yo-yo until it went out of control and crashed Lisa's experiment and he was worried that he was going to tell her the truth and he removed it until an explosion occurred and then Leni got a bunch of stuff dropped on her and became so smart so Lisa started working in a gas station and Lola started getting an odd nose and only one tooth and Lana was safe in a bubble and Luan started to protect the Earth and Luna started heading off with Mick Swagger and Lori started hanging out with Clyde for some reason and Lily just became a giant along with Lucy becoming a vampire and Lynn getting kicked off the baseball team which possibly turn out to be a hallucination and then finally Lincoln decided to confess the truth to Lisa until later for some reason was thrilled that Lincoln's recklessness was the one thing her experiments truly needed but then Lori was riding a bicycle with Clyde and a tail reading *Just Married* was driving by and then Lincoln suddenly freaked out and that's what happened

53:47 in my opinion this is one of the most disappointing episodes of season 1 because it’s supposed to have Leni get character and conquer her fear of spiders (arachnophobia) which I thought would be but nope! The writers thought that Leni conquering her fear was pointless so they made her go back to being afraid of spiders not just for the ending but as a joke which you shouldn’t do the episode is just pointless because they decided to make the ending a copout by having Leni fear spiders once again if Leni actually had conquered her fear of spiders but also at the same team respected them then maybe I would like this episode if she got over her fear of spiders and actually saw them as animals and not movie monsters like the old movies of the 50’s portrayed them as (she can fear the venomous spiders)

Also I see it’s a 4x loud house as a Lincoln torture episode since lincoln is basically innocent while the other sisters (except lily) were being bad lincoln was technically innocent since he found the quarter first and the sisters technically dragged Lincoln into the fight in a like if were going down your going down with us kind of moment and the parents didn’t even let lincoln explain why he was in the fight at all but instead he’s falsely punished by his parents for being dragged into something that was completely out of his control and is forced to clean the attic along with the sisters and when you say the siblings deserve punishment all of them I’m like dude Lincoln and lily are innocent here the other sisters guilty in this
Situation the dragged Lincoln into a fight got him falsely punished physically abused him didn’t listen to him that if they don’t work together they wouldn’t get the money and blamed him for them fighting with him twice by the way and yet Lincoln and the sisters both get the money lincoln clearly deserved the entire case and not the sisters because lincoln at least was innocent here and him getting the whole case for himself would of been a rewarding thing while the sisters didn’t get it would be nice and Lincoln could use some of it for comics and a new ace savvy costume and give the rest to charity because lincoln would be smart enough to not use the all money for selfish things but to at least donate some for good causes besides if the girls got it they would of used it all for selfish reasons (look I know the parents did it to teach them a lesson but...) lincoln wasn’t in need of learning a lesson about money he probably already knows the rights and wrongs about it the sisters clearly deserved it more than lincoln so that is why I see this episode as another Lincoln torture episode

So you don't like the mean-sprited episodes or episodes when characters show any flaws? That's all I'm getting here and I'm surprised I sat through this whole video. As someone who doesn't like The Loud House, you aren't giving me a good reason to give the show another chance. I understand a series like this needs to have some critical thinking, but the thing that makes cartoon reviewers like Mr Enter and Phandomstrider pop out, besides the fact that Enter has more comedy in his review and Strider mostly does top 10s, they don't go rating shows and episodes because certain characters are unlikable. Also I feel like I should defend my favorite episode because you don't get the point of these mean episodes. With a family of 11 children, of course there's going to be a lot of fights, if there's not an episode about fighting then there wouldn't be so many relatable episodes for children or people who even shared a room with someone. While I won't defend every single one of these episodes because, they aren't perfect but there much better then the boring episodes with simple conflicts, which is fine, it is a Slice of Life cartoon.
You say you hate Sleuths or Consequences because of the characters right? Besides the fact that unlikable =/= bad, you do realize most of the evidence [the mystery aspect of the episode and the main theme] points to the protagonist right? And the fact that this isn't new to different mystery stories? I don't blame the sisters, I would be pissed off if all he did was clog the toilet whenever he went to the bathroom. Also, as far as I know the sisters were just playing around with Lincoln when he showed his costume, that's family after all, playing fun with their brother and other sister. I also find it funny that this segment is 5 minutes, longer then most of the segments, that you barely, actually no, you don't explain anything you say, you just say unlikable = bad but that's not how a review works. Look, I know that this must of took more then a day to script, but perfected that script to make the video an half an hour would make this video much better, for the segments you do have a lot to say on, you should just explain with little bit more on the context and everything could've been a little better.
The tl;dr is just to spend a little more time scripting and thinking about what you want to say before you say it
I liked this as I want constructive criticism to be higher in the top comments than butt-kissing. It's something critics don't get enough of, especially considering that's what they do for a living.
