In order to understand how biological age reversal is possible, you need to understand some basic information around epigenetics and a process in the body known as methylation. Epigenetics is the study of what turns gene expression on or off. New research points to epigenetics as potentially the root cause of aging.
Methylation is happening in your body within every cell, all of the time. If you stopped methylating, you would die. For this course, it’s important to understand that ample methyl groups are needed for DNA methylation, a process by which methylation is used to regulate the expression of genetic material. It turns out that nutrition and lifestyle can actually influence gene expression through DNA methylation!

I really enjoyed this! I'm a college student, as well as a well coach, and this filled in many gaps for me. Thank you!

I have Morton's Toe. This is associated with an inability to metabolise B6. Tests for B6 will show high serum B6 presumably because it is not being taken into the tissues. B6 is required for anterior steps in methylation relating to B9 and B12. What can be done to delve further into this potential issue?

Are b6, folate and b12 involved in methylation ?
Is then b6 reponsible for the glutamate toxicity ?

What input from us specifically to benefit these methylation processes. Methylated b vitamins? What diets? What type of, and how much exercises?
