The woman playing Belle did a fabulous job! I LOVED how goofy the beast was and oml I was LIVVIIINGG for Lumiere! The whole cast/ set/ overall production was PHENOMENAL!
Love it!! Interesting how the original production and this new production have the basic staging but new elements. The set kinda looks like a giant popup book which I think is really cool!!! I saw the Broadway version, it was very theatrical and of course it included as lot of pyrotechnic effects. Also if you remember, the set of the castle was genius. This production was more intimate with the set!!
I agree. I've only seen this tour and pieces of the broadway show on youtube. But I love what the did wit the village. It really gives illusion that she is going to different parts of the village.
I saw the touring production and fell in love! The actors were amazing, they really brought the story to life!! Of course the sets were better on Broadway but these sets are so cute though!! I also love the wolf puppets and the puppet used for the enchantress, really gave a fairy tale book opening and it was mystical.
I like the dialogue there instead of No Matter What, it seems more genuine and seems to fit the moment plus this cast astounding especially Belle, she did an exceptional performance and what a voice

he's the comedic relief of the show. this actor is lame and has no vocal or physical energy whatsoever. i've played the role four times in and out of the country, i know what it takes. he didn't do it justice.

What happened to No Matter What, between Belle and Maurice? They cut the full song, yet keep the reprise. Strange and upsetting.
