And it actually holds it's own against those aircraft, a true Wunderwaffe. Its amazing what the Germans could come up with while fighting the biggest war ever and being bombed 24/7.

Itâs a shame that War Thunder had to completely change everything except the visual model to make it playable. If you had to worry about the fuel melting your pilot or the engine exploding anytime you tried to adjust the throttle (and forget restarting if you go to 0%. You have to land and give the ground crew 15 minutes to flush the system with water before restarting the rocket motor) or a single .303 detonating your motor plus any unburnt fuel simply exploding due to the shock of landing, youâve got one hell of a plane. đ€Șđ€Ł

A tip to make it less relatable, if applicable. Take 2-5 smoke shells with you if your tank has them. Pretty much every American one does. Do what they did in real life, and shoot smoke shells at enemies.
Can't push forward because a Tiger is looking at you? Shoot a smoke shell directly on him. Move up during that time.
Never smoke on yourself, unless its from the tank mounted smoke launchers. Smoke between you and your target.

i swear, the editing on your thumbnails is immaculate
the ME 163 is a gliderplane and as a result does not have a landing gear and was instead outfitted with a landing skid, the glider aspect made it very light which leads to the "stop being so good at gliding I'm trying to land" issue, a fun fact, it was run on 2 fuels T-STOFF and C-STOFF, off the top of my head I don't remember the exact chemicals but they were both very corrosive acids that when making contact with one another would react very violently and had to be fueled into the glider 1 at a time, the glider was hosed off in between and the fuel intakes were on opposite sides of the craft, and still the fuel was stored next to the pilot and behind the pilot, leading to cases of the gear used to takeoff which was jettisoned once in air, if dropped too early would bounce off the concrete and hit the bottom of the craft, causing the fuel cases(which could only be 1-2 materials for each fuel type) to break/the craft to crash which in fact resulted in a pilot being turned into a jellified mess before any rescue crew could reach him and it also had 4 guns along the sides of the top, they were photo-activated so once the glider was underneath a plane they would sense that the light is gone/disrupted and fire.
That bomb save was epic
