The most basic use of coins is to shoot them with hitscan attacks. Upon being hit, the coin will ricochet the attack into a nearby target; if the target has a vulnerable weak spot, the ricocheted shot will automatically aim for it. Additionally, if multiple coins are airborne at once, shots will ricochet consecutively off of each coin before seeking out a target.

i love how the coins starts out with one bouncing then the coins start singing and multiplying from 2-4-8-16-32-etc
to clarify to the 1% that doesn't play ultrakill and doesn't understand, coins have 4 phases
dead, normal, shine, and sing
dead is when it wont bounce to an enemy, normal is when it does the normal homing shot, shine is the split second a coin will split in half, and sing is after the coin has been airborne for more than a second which it will also split,
using the alt slab, chargeshot, sharpshooter and electric/maurice railgun would not actually split the coin and would just do more damage(idk how much this is just personal experience probably 2x or something stupid)
@@dervishy3722 Slab makes it pierce more, which does mean more damage, and stack well with the damage bonus from ricocheting at all. Not sure about the railguns.

Fun fact! The reason why Gabriel's dialog was being cut out is because unity has a limit on the amount of playing audio. That's also why all of the audio pretty much cuts out when spamming coins
that's honestly my favourite part of the game, I hope they never fix that. It's so funny for the audio to just cut out when there is so much shit happening on screen. It feels like the very fabric of reality is breaking apart due to V1's goofy aahh antics

@@spayner1951he coins can splitshot on the standard, the alt can focus on 1 enemy only, but increases the piercing damage. Im pretty sure there's a big difference.

The coins wouldn’t split so most of the coins would fall to the floor like what happened with the rail cannon.

the reason why ultraricoshots with this mod and the railcanon does pretty much nothing is because of the damage cap railcanon shots have on coins. same is true for the sharpshooter i think as in that chase it increases the amount of bounces the shot can handle. hoowever the piercer charge shot does not have such a limitation and thus it is perfect for that mod to get the most damage out of your coins. so can you do like a followup or a short where you show this thing in 4-2 against the insuractionist

i gave every single ultra kill boss 2million dollars and THIS is what happend...
using the whiplash you can stack coins infinitely, but it takes a long time to do the stack plus if you stack enough coins they'll start hitting the ground instead of bouncing off eachother because it takes so long go through every coin
finally, i used a mod before a yter did, also the strat is to stop throwing after shooting, then continue after they converge on to one, helps a lot if you spin slowly

It reminds me of that one Sekiro tool where you throw a fistful of coins at the faces of enemies which causes high posture damage

So something i realized, from what im seeing, the coins either max out at 14 or 15, because the bullet connects to every coin to gain more damage and maxes out the damage at a certain amount

I just had a genius idea, what if someone made a ts mod sort of like the world or star platinums and then u could combine the coins with the ts mod to make a set up for the coins to just shred the enemy
Curious data if you toss a coin to the floor and you shoot it with the rocket launcher it will the same explosion as if you shoot an enemy on ground
I think if you shot the first coin immediately after pressing the coin button you would get all coins before they hit the ground
