First card played, Regional Governer naming Superlaser Blast (if even necessary). Second card played, Admiral Piett. Every other 6+ cost unit played now Ambushes...
All of the Wookies especially the Fugitive one !! We cannot wait until we get to play a full wookie deck
Endless Legions is really absurd, the only thing I like about this card is you can play any card without the penalty aspect and you ABSOLUTELY need to play Relentless from your resource to maybe avoid Superlaser Blast, but again if you have 14 resources, chances are your opponent can play a 1-2 cost event without any effect because of relentless and then play Superlaser Blast. If this happens, you're dead, you have basically 0 units and 0 resources.
Also, if you manage to play 3 Krayt Dragon from your resources, you might deal 24 dmg to their base if they play Superlaser Blast. But again, this is extremely situational and you need to build your deck entirely for this card.

@@12bjorn34 Yea I started thinking about those double aspect cards that were like common/uncommon, I should have said first rare/legendary double aspect but I was just wrong haha.
One thing about the fugitive wookie, if your opponent is not paying attention and has 2 units on the field and kill the wookie, they are required to exhaust a unit even if the only other unit is theirs

Statements like "never" are hilarious for games like this.
There are a LOT of matches going to 10+ turns at the moment. Even Sabine matches are going that long and sabine is slowly shifting towards a bit slower of a setup because the glass cannon layouts are not working as well as they were before.
They really are not, unless you're in a control mirror or in some cases a control match.

Your my only hope....end game for when your hp is low, play it for free. it helps if your resource units have restore/heal effects

Just play out of aspect Regional Governer and have that card among the cards you flip with the Legions and name slb

It seems like FFG has deliberately made most of the Shadows cards very, very insular so that they are designed only for draft or tribal type decks. Unless they come out with some real synergistic cards or game wreckers that work well with the first set, I just don’t see this set seeing as high of a demand as SOR.
With Relentless, Executioner, etc... played from resources is almost GG...if you don't die in the way to 14R
Not really, by that point control players will have multiple events to play, you can easily at 14 resources go Power -> SLB. It even happens frequently in normal relentless matches nowadays.
@@VeiledShotSWUit seems unlikely they will even survive. You’ve got like Maul and Mace Windu and Attack Pod and Regional. You can stack some crazy combo under there ignoring aspects
