First turn you make the kill is 0 VP, second turn is 1 VP, and third turn is 2VP. Assuming no kills on Turn 1, you have to kill an activated enemy every subsequent round or you can't max this tac op
While it is very likely you can do this if you are winning, you have a slow team and your enemy can play spoiler with your score.

Sir, that is not the Kroot special ability, it is the Cult Agent Wyrmblade ability... which the Kroot copied after eating a Kelermorph I can only presume.

Solid analysis, thanks. It sounds like you're trying to give a "first look" analysis and it comes off pretty good, but personally I'd rather hear your second look.
Read through everything, think about it, then sit down to record. That'll let you cut out a lot of the "we'll have to see how this is impacted by other aspects of the team" chatter.
I have to agree with this, when you do your first look analysis you spend a lot of time being 'disappointed' in things and coming of VERY negative on things that are meant to synergize with other things around the factions build.
