Went to the Edinburgh show, was in tears by the end and saul told me to dry my eyes. Genuinely contemplated going to the Glasgow show as well. Fuckin ethereal

Thanks. I’m glad I’m able to bring them to you. I actually find that the social anxiety I used to suffer from is mitigated by immersing myself into the music and the task of recording it. You may have other reasons to want to avoid people of course.
@@LouSmith i think that is true. i found it easier being out and in the band with something to keep me occupied than being out drinking, smerking, having a larf, etc

I have no idea. He plays in Paris occasionally for sure and at other random venues dotted about the EU.

@@LouSmith I don't know, I normally get a cd as I don't have a record player, but it's so funny that vinyl has replaced CDs now.
@@dannorth3138 Fair play. I guess you're invested in CDs when you have a shitload. I used to buy vinyl back in the day, then simply stopped consuming music for the entirety of the CD age, unless people gave me them when I'd rip them onto a hard drive and never play them again. Now I'm back to vinyl and live music. Annoyingly, some time in the interim I ditched my turntable and massive Wharfedale speakers when we needed space for family. I found a USB turntable in the street, so back in the game. I never use streaming services. On the upside, I am preparing an upload of the whole album as taped off a virgin play of the vinyl, so there's that.
@Mark Bannister I first heard the finished masters fro this album in 2020, so the release was the sticking point, rather than the recording and writing bit. I think all the songs are cowritten with Lias Saoudi, and some with Alex White also. These partnerships have since been ruptured taking with it chunks of the FWF material for the next album, but also Saul's writing partner for his solo stuff and also Insecure Men projects. I think it's safe to say it has left both he and Lias with the pressure of filling in the void left by the other. I'm sure the musical arrangement of these songs is pure Saul, working with Producer
Raphael Rundell. There is also a recorded 2nd Insecure Men album sitting on ice (Into the Bog) which I think is more Saul breaking out with new lyrical partners. All will be revealed in due course, no doubt.

is there any idea of when adventures in limbo will have a web release?
I’m in the process of preparing an upload of it that I made from a recording of the first play of the vinyl I got from the gig. I wanted to put some visuals to it, but turns out that’s a big task. I may put up a side at a time. Just to be annoying.
