At 1:10 the host died from an attack that did 831 damage that means he had 26 Vigor (considering he is not running health talismans and hasnât taken any damage) at FARUM AZULA
At 4:30 host dies from fall damage showing 1199 health, that puts him at between 34-35 vigor
At 4:57 host gets one shot from an attack that deals 944 damage, that puts their vigor between 28-29 at Leyndell Royal Capital
At 6:15 the host got one shot by an attack that did 455 damage, that puts their vigor at 12, at LEYNDELL ROYAL CAPITAL, they have to have some sort of health debuff because I refuse to believe someone got that far with that low vigor
At 6:40 host dies from a party that deals 824 putting them at about 26 vigor this is in Caelid
At 9:20 host dies from a parry that deals 964 damage, that puts their vigor at about 29, this is in Caelid
At 10:10 host dies from an attack that deals 760 damage, that puts their vigor at about 24, they are in Redmane Castle
At 11:20 Albino (lame) did 568+485 damage, if they didnât heal that puts their health at 1053 or about 31 vigor, they are in Leyndell Royal Capital
At 13:50 host dies from a parry that does 814, that puts them at about 25 vigor, it looks like they are outside Redmane Castle
At 14:30 Albino (awesome) does 317+502, which puts their heath at 819 or about 25-26 vigor, they are in Caelid
I didnât put players that had a lot of vigor or players that I couldnât figure out how much health they had due to the editing, if you want to figure that out reply in comments

If you are having problems with finding invasions, Scott recently talked about how at 240 and up he gets wayyyy more invasions as most people dont care for meta levels
This vid i was ~70 on the Marikas hammer build, and 125 on the Ruins GS build, but i took scotts advice and my current streams are at 242, been getting a lot more invasions
how did you grind out the levels im at 150 trying to reach 240 for the first time and its taking an eternity even with sacred relic on the albinuaric hill

Friend of mine started ds3 and is actually pretty far. Just finished off Old Demon King, I asked about his stats since he was complaining about Tsorig.

4:33 that happened to me aswell, for some reason the dragon decided to visit jesus. when went through that area again, he was back but with roughly 15 percent of his health left. dunno whahappun
That's just how the area is, nothing out of the ordinary. The dragon is weak to just let you kill it easily and stop the lightning, and I think it disappears to stop it from dying from range.

It's worthless if the invader has their settings set to "show online id". Always check the hosting player id in your platforms lobby menu before invading, and you'll never be tricked as an invader.

1:10 Ngl, it must have been because the host was lagging because although Wave of Destruction has a wide aoe that's wider than the visual effect, the hit box of the attack only applied in front of the player, not surrounding the player, so Albino's reaction is pretty fitting cause god damn was that kill janky as hell.
Also, Elden Ring is a game that teaches people one thing and one thing only, level up your damn vigor to either 40 or 60. Even if you are a mage, arcane, or dex player, 831hp and being in Farum Azula is a bad idea.

So far I got 42 vigor. Since I don't really wear armor and a long sword user, I'm now learning and taking my time to handle each boss one by one via rolling poking and heavy hitting when i see an opening. At the same time I'm using a magic less build for the extra challenge(Besides healing magic). Pretty fun all together having to think of different solutions for each boss đ
I feel the best way to scale health you should have is 20 vigor for Stormveil, 30 for Raya Lucaria, 40 for Lyendell, and anything else to preference after that. You can quite rightly complete a playthrough with 40 vigor without having to worry about much killing you in one hit.

I mean it feels like its not too hard to two shot? If given the chance? I mean honestly the Haligtree enemies pretty much all 2 shot you with 60 Vigor.

The PVP will stabilize in some months when the new players gain interest in PVPing and creating new characters, just give it time.

I think you get rune arcs if you win invasions. Finger curls are just rewards for dueling.

i think giving players an incentive to use taunter's tongue would work too. make it so you have health regen outside of combat while it's active or something like that, something useful but not disruptive to pvp

The way I see vigor, is if my health reaches 1k, I'm ok with that
I had to put 55 in vigor plus erdtree's favor +2, crimson amber medallion +2, the dragon great crest shield, and some quite heavy armor to finally feel comfortable. Malenia now needs 4 hits to kill me and I recieve very little damage from most other enemies.

The meta is evolving
Im not sure the game is dead, isnt the pvp level based? I do not give a shit about beeing "meta" level for example i just level up when i have the runes đ
Pvp is based on level, so for example if I am level 137, I can invade down to 125, and up to around 170, if I reach level 301(I think this is the number), I will be able to matchmake with anyone else all the way up to the max level of 713, and they can matchmake with them too.
Also quick thing because many players don't know this, but meta is mainly for duels, so if you like duels settling at meta is a good idea eventually when the games player count goes down, and you can invade/coop at any level you want, though many will invade at meta still, but for invading ganks, and people who want to be invaded, though some are playing through on ng+ and in later areas you will find players who may be playing through. Also invading at the average levels for the areas you want to invade is also not a bad idea. Still, high level pvp is pretty popular since so many have no idea what meta even is, so they go with whatever they want, which is fine, and leads to more players at different levels. Still, you should be fine at any level as long as it is not something you are under leveled for, or over-upgraded for it if you are not at a high level. Have fun, and good luck.
