Thank you!! I downloaded an online version of premiere pro, and to make it download you had to add it as an administrator. To make a long story short, I regretted downloading it, and uninstalling it didn’t take it away from being an administrator. I got to the Adobe file and it couldn’t be deleted because it said a programme was running. So, used this video and now I’m pretty sure it isn’t an administrator anymore! Thank you SO much honesty you’ve made me a lot less worried about being on my laptop now, knowing that there’s not a company I don’t trust as an administrator

Thank you! Also if "Access is denied" showed in the screen, find the Command Prompt and right click it, run as administrator. Also, each file that you see, if they have different numbers, each number, unique, end the process, one by one, not each copy, only the original number (e.g 1, 4, 5 ->> not 5,5,5)

Im sitting now a good hour on my .exe Programm not running but still running. Not showing up in taskmanager. In resource manager i found it and as i tried to end the process it denied my access even though i ran it as a Host. Then i tried it in console with Taskkill Forcefully and it said that it couldn‘t end the task because it does nothing. So im basically sitting here with a closed task that is still open. I even tried to end the whole process root but again it denied me acces. Strange.

Help, please, the way you show doesn't work as there is no list of applications opened below when I copy file name.
Nothing shows up under Associated Handles when I type in the folder name.

Wolfy Master i turn on my antivirus thing and it delete it for me
copy url where the file is located in assiociated handles. example C:\Users\JesusFerrer\Downloads. but first remove all files in that folder except the files you want to delete. then you can end process and turn into black screen ctrl alt del. then restart your computer. now you can delete the file
If its not comes up, try to type exact file name. e.g. text.exe. NOT Folder name

Friend, in "Associated Handles" that didn't work bc it didn't show up, but it did in the top section "Processes" and I was able to end the task there. btw, it also didn't show in task manager. very sneaky lock on a file.
I did all the steps. When I pressed end procsed, a black screen appeared and I was very nervous. I restarted the device and now I deleted the file :) Thanks for the explanation, brother. 🤩
