Hits you so hard to see how young they actually are. I listen to them regularly and hadn't realized they were so young.
Check them out playing Racist Sexist Boy in library…if you think they look young here. Mila is as a baby! 11!
As someone who wore braces and played music, I really feel for the gal w/ the braces. Can you imagine singing after you came back from getting your braces tightened?
Fuck I never thought about that. Must be painful
It's braces, bruh.
She probably doesn't feel any type of pain playing, too much adrenaline I would think
These girls are going all the way, rocking out their lives....the braces era.... you are now witnessing their infancy.
@@kamenriderla4314 Yes it is, and if tightned too much then it can cause back blocked, I've had this problem once and I still have very bad memories from it.
Ok, if I don't help these girls become my 9yr-old, quasi-feral niece's favourite band, I will have failed as an uncle!
I like that each member got to sing a song.
Yeah you like that ?
@@tylermoulton7294 🤫
They should get rid of the bass player, 3 singers is enough
@@chattingesque372 the bass player provides her own flavor to the mix
@@mr.nguyen3222 I guess so
These girls are so polished for being so young and have an awesome chemistry which shines through in their music. They're SO much fun to watch and listen to!
"You don't need to wait until you're an adult to believe in something"
We got the best punk rockers we could have ❤❤
Like Santa Claus for exemple...
@@leatherandtactel lovin that you like the girls too and want to support them
They support themselves. @@dju164

What was the name of your bands?

They are so good live.
I love this band. They are fantastic. Wake up world! Listen and watch the Linda Lindas.
these young ladies are the NEW Ramones for this younger generation!!!
The Go Go's
this band should be in any soundtrack in skate videogames.
More songs from punk band The Damned should have been in THPS. Neat Neat Neat🎶🤟
Oh to be 15 again, keep on rockin' in a broken free world!

@@user-ng7fr9vh4d The Hebrew Bible says the same thing
This band is a powerhouse! Four awesome and amazing musicians each with their own unique style and it all comes together to be a giant ball of brilliance.
The drummer has a Yeah Yeah Yeahs crewneck. I love this band even more now
That's her roots baby, these kids grew up around the corner from the L.A. scene with punk/new wave parents!
@@hirampopcock6626so cool, I mean come on!
You are awesome
After watching and listening to the interview as an older white man I hope they continue to be role models and inspirational to people of all backgrounds.
Best new band in a loooong time and their girls in high school 😯
Tomara que essa banda tenha muito sucesso, e que essa molecada sintam-se realizados!
I LOVED the theatricality of Bela's singing in Oh! These young ladies have become such good performers.
The best part of this is that they're only gonna get better!
Eloise's bass lines on "OH" are so rad. Can't wait to hear the new record when it comes out...someday.
Woooow!! Great!!! Real punk rock! And they´re so young!! Congratulations! Saludos desde Buenos Aires, Argentina
Soda Estereo. 🙂
I love the Linda Lindas!!!!! Yesssss KEXP always on it
The pride of Los Angeles!! Having grown up in LA, this shit warms my heart. Keep kicking ass and breaking barriers :)
@@user-ng7fr9vh4dreligion is just a tool for the masses.
LA has some good new wave/ punk bands.
LA Native here. These girls are definitely making our city proud.
@@kamenriderla4314 LA definitely needs more punk rock in 2023. Rap is Crap.
Born and raised in Gardena I'm in my late 50s now and glad these beyond Amazing girls came across as I was scrolling... I normally don't listen to stuff like this but my goodness I couldn't help myself they Rock!!!

they're great 💕
...and they're destined to get better and better the longer they go!
Their energy is infectious.
Finally i’m going to see performing live the linda lindas in october in Mexico
En dónde??
Interpol is popular in Mexico. TOTBL is their best album.
@@keitaro_urashima Corona Fest? 🤔
They are legit!
Oh nooooo, nepo baby alert. Their dad is a music producer that worked with a lot of big bands...
@@m-tetsuothe best thing is more people will know about indie rock bands. The Linda Lindas are the gateway for newer generations. Winks*
I found about them during the pandemic and they sound great!!
Ant wait to see y’all in Seattle next September!!!!!
Great grunge from Seattle
Punk will be alive as long as The Linda Lindas exist.
Thank ypu Taylor York for wearing a The Linda Lindas t-shirt many years ago, that's how I came to know them
Every day I listen to 3 bands. I've been doing this for many, many years. These bands vary a lot, but the cycles of each band are long. In the last six months the list is: Led Zeppelin, Rush and The Linda Lindas.
NOTE: I am Brazilian and I am 57 years old.
Paralamas.😎
Las amo mucho ❤❤❤
The coolest Punk band from Middle School around. I love that we get to watch them grow thru the years. I have never been disappointed. Their songs are so cool and stick to true Rock, punk. They are girl rock power. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 I found them when they went viral at their School a couple years ago; and then they got on the movie sound track and they've never slowed down. I'm impressed and so happy for these kids. Let's GOOOOO!!!
Punk?

These girls are growing so fast!
I love Mila’s shirt!
They’re so grown up 😮
Breaking the friggin' mold of being kids.... just incredible.
such a solid band, absolutely polished, and they can all sing how unique is that!! they rock!
I have two preschool age girls who are absolutely in love with The Linda Lindas! I can't wait to show them this performance when I'm back in town.
Keep up the great work! 🙂
Saw them open for paramore in LA. They were great loved their energy
the linda linda’s are the best!!!!!!
The writing is really something great. I like it a lot.
It's by one of their dads
Love it!!! Infectious power pop at it best.
Like Blake said, cherish the younger generation and support them.
muy buena banda. Suenan muy bien chicas. Felicitaciones
I finally get to see them live in November! OMG - It seems unreal.
If history is rewritten by the winners, The Linda Lindas are punk rock-music in general, one of the greatest bands ever…
This is great!!! Keeping punk alive, thank you
I love their music
Really exciting band who have the potential to become a phenomenon. Keeping my fingers crossed they come over to do some shows in England as I need to see them live.
England definitely needs more punk rock.
The Linda Lindas really Rock! Keep it going!
Best band ever
Awesome to see todays youth keep the true spirit of punk alive. Playing fast & loud & having fun
They're good! I found out about them from the recent KCET documentary The Chinatown Punk Wars, where they were described as heirs to the late 70s/early 80s LA punk scene. They certainly have a retro sound which is easily accessible to people who grew up back then. I see they are out touring with Green Day and Smashing Pumpkins. Do kids like the Linda Lindas? Does Rodney Bingenheimer like them? I feel like their fanbase might be mainly middle-aged/older men, like me.
Both of my kids (a preteen and a teen) love them. Probably my daughter's favorite band - bought Green Day tickets mainly to see them. So yeah, the youths dig em too.
@@meatstaxxx Glad to hear it!
They are more leaning towards New Wave than punk. Think The Go Go's but more garage rock sounding.
WOWOWOWOWOWOWO WAIT WAIT WAIT WHY HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS SO HYPED LOVE THEM
Great set, love the energy. Also, props to the bassist for the Hammered Hulls shirt 🔥
Awesome 😎🎙️🎼🎵🎶🥁🎸💖
Such a good band. They've grown a lot.
Wow they kicked butt, great playing great sound. Best of luck
Wow! I am left speechless with just how wonderful this was. WOW!
Must be great not to have to sweat playing all this high-energy shouty jamz!
Great performers! My wife and I ran into them at Coney Island and they were so nice! Took a picture with her and everything.
son unas genias! aguante The Linda Lindas!!!
These girls are pure rage, love it!
Awesome! You go, Linda Lindas.
Awesome band ! Bringing the old school punk sound back !!!! Love it ! Keep it up
Son unas chingonas esas morras!!
Close your eyes and just listen, these lassies are not one of them cute kid bands but the real deal.
Yeah!
I think that's its really Awesome that its not just 1 main lead singer ,oh shit they all sing just noticed that while typing this!!
Another great job!
Dang! These guys were in the PNW and I missed them! They keep getting better!
Scott Pilgrim vibes - love it!
Ive seen that they're playing with green day, rancid, in Seattle, but I'd haven't heard or seen them before 20 minutes ago and im already hooked 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Yes!!!!!!!!
Linda,linda la música!!!wow!!!👏gracias Kexp🙏👌
👍 Really great performance by the Linda Lindas! They keep getting better sounding each time I see & hear them. They sounded very tight playing together & especially when they all sing at the same time their voices sounded really good together. All the songs sounded great but I think this performance of their new song Resolution/Revolution sounds even better than the original studio recording & MV! I hope that the bass player Eloise heals & recovers soon from her leg injury. I really like her performance energy when she was able to be up & moving around. She definitely has the most punk rock energy & attitude in the band. Great job by everyone involved in this performance. I really enjoyed it. The Linda Lindas always put a smile on my face & make me feel better every time I see & hear them. Very few bands now days have that kind of positive effect on me anymore. Thank you! 👍🎶👏👏👏👏👏👏
Eloise has already recovered. The recording was approx. six weeks ago and of course Carlos de la Garza played a role in it
@@uwevonderlieck9673 Ok. That's good to hear. I was wondering when this was recorded. Thanks. 👍
Wow! awsome ladies
Impresionante!
gorgeous Lucia!
They should be Bigger. America and the World needs the LL'S .Peace to All.
Amazing!
This is perfect!!
Been a big Linda Linda's fan for a long time now. The new songs are great! Does the host (Kennedy) do any cooking? If not not, she has a twin...
Excellent..
They’re fun!
Ugh a year wasn’t long enough with the young voices ! Now they’re all super deep and growin up already wahhhhh
My daughter gets down with them super hard
Cool
Like the new songs. I feel they're a little more complex to the songs from the first album which is great to hear. Not easy singing and playing drums at the same time.
