Fun fact: There's a village in Mexico that almost everyone drinks Coca-Cola more than water everyday. This is because clean water is more scarce than Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola is also as cheap and more accessible than water.

I work in Pepsi, on our last company meeting the manager of plant says that for the last decade, our water brand (aquafina) are selling better than pepsi itself. I believe the same effect are happening with Coca Cola as well.

Grieving the death of my only son, I quit eating and only drank coke. Within 4 months I was 72 lbs and a bleeding ulcer burst. I had life saving, reconstructive surgery TWICE and 4 blood transfusions. 2 months after that, I had to have what was left of my poor, brittle, broken teeth removed and get dentures. I'm 58 now and while I'm a good weight, exercise daily and eat smart, I'm 9n special meds for the rest of my life because of the damage coke caused.

I was born in the late 60s .
My mom put Coca-Cola in my bottle as a baby . Like not all of the time but once in a while.
Growing up we drank sweet tea, milk , water out of the hose, And
KoolAid, BUT when ever we could we would drink Coca-Cola. When I turn 14 Got my first job in a restaurant. We where allowed to drink as much soda as we wanted. But it also gave me the ability to buy pop for at home too.
So from 14 to my 40s I would say it was 98% of my fluid intake.
Started having stomach problems , lost all my teeth. But I also think it affected my bones.
Had an MRI about the time I quite drinking pop. The doctors told me I had the spine of a 90 yr old man.
In 2022 went in for another MRI.
I'm now mid 50s and I'll get those results this week. But I now walk with a cane. My shoulders, back , and knees are in constant pain.
Plus I've probably lost 30% of the movement in my neck.

Have known my friend who is like a dad to me for 17 years and I've only seen him drink Colas never water or anything else. He is healthy as can be at 42 years old.
From about 15-25, I drank soda daily. I experienced fatique, and my dentist informed me in my late 20's that I had the teeth of someone 10 years my senior.
I was thankfully heavily active, and only experienced mild weight gain, but I did get abdomin pain frequently (fatty liver maybe)
I'm happy to say I've quit soda drinking for 6 years now, and have noticed huge changes.
Water, and coffee are my go to's now.

In my experience of drinking only diet Coca-Cola for upwards of 25 years, I had no ill effects. I stopped when I was 48 and now I have a can after lunch. I'm now 62, not overweight and still healthy.

This is why I quit Soda 6 years ago. It used my addiction. It is hard to quit But then I start having heartburns where I thought I was having a heart attack but that was not the case that's when I thought of my health realized I can't drink that stuff anymore. Been soda free since and loving it.

A former co worker of mine only drank Pepsi (not coke) and NOTHING ELSE every single day. He ended up with stage 4 liver, lung, colon cancer and kidney failure. This was EXTREME of course, but yeah. Sugar is cancer food. He was definitely NOT overweight, nor did he seem to have rotten teeth. He developed a mild quiet cough that would pop up every ten minutes or so, a few of us encouraged him to get checked out, and that was when they found it.

A childhood friend of mine drank Coke every single day. It was her main drink all day. By 26, she lost all her teeth, had kidney problems and early onset osteoporosis. Not to mention, her first born had cognitive problems. Good luck experimenting.
