I still have 3 x Metal Detectors for our Patrons www.patreon.com/user?u=10734828 support our ocean clean ups💦👍 .Its been a while since I been to this location and took Dan here as I always appreciate a helping hand in removing trash from these locations and Dan is not afraid to get his hands dirty, these locations unfortunately get trashed by people. Our day starts with light cleaning of plastics and other trash items. Then I come across 2 trash bins buried deep in the sand. fortunately I had Dan here to help pull this trash from the ocean when out of no where Dan pulls this Rib Bone from the Bin, at first I am in shock thinking its not human, then he finds another Bone not shown on video. When the Police arrived they took our statements and everything just became serious with detectives called in and Police Divers took over the scene. To be honest I don't like coming across human remains but this does happen. I’m still in shock over what we discovered and I can’t imagine what this family has gone through for so long, not knowing the where abouts of a loved one, is something I’d pray no mother or father would experience. The ONLY good thing today is the family could receive closure❤️

Hi Michael, love the channel and great work as always. As the brother of a missing person (my sister Julie) to finally have closure after 16 years would be heaven sent. You are in a privileged position to be able to find things that are not meant to be found and the steps you took after the find are significantly important to help bring official closure to the many thousands of people who have a missing person in their life.

This is a tragedy to all involved especially for the family. I know you will never forget that day but know it's ok to seek out someone that can help with possible PTSD (not saying you have PTSD but it can happen with something like this) if you continue to struggle.

No offense-but it seems like that bone looked like a cow's rib bone.Peoples rib bones are about half that width.They are actually kind of slender by comparison.So glad you are cleaning up the water.Cool pics of sea critters-love octopuses.

Oh I'm so glad you found that, not that it's nice, but so someone hopefully can get closure to having lost a loved one. Poor person having gone through that and to be found like that!!! Well done you guys, respect for how respectfully you handled the situation.
Michael. Great video. Sorry you had to find the bones. If you think about it though, returning the person to their family is better than 1000 rings going back to their owners. I really like the scene with the city in the backdrop. Keep on doing what you do. Look forward to the next video.

God job on that. A couple years ago I was doing a late night dive and came across a baby mannequin. Almost swallowed my reg. Also a couple small burlap bags with sand in them. Unwanted pets, so sad. So you never know but we keep rocking it!!!!!!!
It honestly sucks that people dump mannequins like that for shock value, and not to mention what some people do to unwanted pets. If they're old, then put them out of their misery if they're having trouble getting around, and either cremate or bury them somewhere. If they're young and not old, or if they're old with a couple of years left in them, then ask a friend to take them, or re-home them instead of a cruel death if they can't handle them.
I understand what it's like. I've found dead litters of pups and kittens in sacks dumped on the side of the road near where I live.
@@RelapsingNerd literally all they have to do is dump them where they could be found, it's disgusting. Put em in a box and leave them at a shelter. At the very very least they get a chance at life. I can't understand why someone would purposely try to ensure that they die painfully.

Michael Oliver when you have two little ones it’s must scare the heck out of you. Makes you think of everything that could happen. Just remember that as long as you continue being a good example for them they will make good choices. Get some sleep. Memorial Day weekend here in USA, but still locked down in NY. It’s so great that you guys spend your free time working hard to make a difference. If only more people would participate what a “world of difference” it would make. Michael, take peace in knowing that you did good in the clean up and that something will be resolved now. I cannot imagine how many people just swam by these bins oblivious as that seemed like a beautiful beach area. No telling how long or how many were within meters of these remains without knowing. At least now the beach and area are clean and safe for future users. Take pride in that. The bling is just the icing on the cake. The cake is the cleaner environment you and Dan create!

Went to my local police station to lodge paperwork.There was a wall covered in many photographs, dating back as far as the late 40's of missing persons. I had no idea the amount of people that have gone missing over the years. There are murderers who walk among us that haven't been caught yet. The scary thing is you don't know who they could be. Always thought all the bad stuff happens in America, overseas, 3rd world countries. It's just as bad here, it's disturbing

@@MichaelOliverLJR possibly could be a missing person case just think that someone threw a body in that trashcan and left it there, the sharks cleared most of the remains but its haunting knowing someone, was possibly murdered the worst part is the person that committed the crime have not been found yet, that we know of, so thats crazy my stomach would have been turning
