$6.50 for lunch?! What do they get? Lobster pizza?! Lol and I thought $2.30 for my daughters school was bad.
I used a yumbox for my son for his 3 years of middle school. This child is extremely rough on his things and this box is still like new. I highly recommend this product! It seals well and holds the perfect amount of food for him. Ours has a large section for a sandwich.
No leaking yogurt! 🙌🏻 might have to look into the yumbox..

Those are adorable lunch boxes! Also, Jackson did this sneaky thing last week where he ate breakfast at school (which he never does because he eats at home) and a friends mom told me. Wonder how much he's been ringing up on his bill lol...

Awesome lunches! My kids eat almost the same thing every day. I switch up the fruit everyday and give them a treat of chocolate milk on Fridays but that’s it. I figure hey, they like it they’ll eat it over and over lol.

I love your videos, you are such a fun, real and normal person, down to Earth. I have a question: when you prepare yumboxes for your kids is this is for lunch only or lunch and snacks, I have a feeling if I will do something like that( put lunch together with snacks) my 6 years old daughter will eat everything in one seating.
Holy cow $6 for a school lunch! That's crazy!! My kids school lunch is like $3. They are pretty healthy and fresh but both my kids like for me to pack them. I love getting ideas from your lunch videos!!

haha! It was left overs, a hodge podge of different noodles with some alfredo sauce! :)

Our school lunches only cost 1.50 or so, 1 additional dollar if you want water or apple juice. I would expect private schools to be more expensive LOL.

I bought some of the Dubliner cheese after seeing it in your videos. WOW...that's some potent cheese! I'm from Wisconsin and I love cheese, but I cant eat this alone...has to be cooked into something!
haha It definitely is intense! It's very aged! I'm not a cheese connoisseur, so I don't know much - but I am surprised my kids like it! haha

I keep debating getting the yumbox. My son has the bentgo box, because when I searched online that seemed like the best option for his age. He’s 5.5 and in kindergarten right now.
Might wait until next year but at the same time I just want to buy it now! lol

Poutine, Nanaimo bars, tourtiere, ketchup chips, Canadian style pizza and/or Hawaiian pizza, butter tarts, donair (with donair sauce) , maple/maple syrup, kinder egg, Kraft dinner.
The seaweed doesn’t go bad I pack them all the time

6.50?! Wowwwww!!!!! We pack lunches daily too because I don’t want to pay almost $3/day per kid...but 6.50? I’d go crazy 😳 nice lunches though. We do bentgo boxes for no leaks and I actually looked into these yumboxes today on amazon! I think I’ll purchase these next and have one of each kind. We do the what my kids ate on their videos too but I only have one who eats everything each day!

Love back to the basic lunches!!! Wondering if you found a veggie for the girls lunches or if you’re just waving a white flag and shoveling veggies at dinner? 😂 is avalinas yummy okay with the dairy? I know usually once you go dairy free your body stops making the enzyme to break down lactose and can lead to discomfort when you do eat dairy!
Jena Blochwitz well the only issue we notice when we give her dairy is wth her lungs- overproduction of mucus and then asthma flair-ups 🤷🏻♀️
That’s okay to hear! Mucus is common with dairy! No tummy issues is a great sign!!

I wish I could tell you - I'm not a cheese connoisseur -- but it is very aged! :)
To me, it's like a white sharp cheddar and parmesan had a baby. I get one from TJ's and it's sooo good. Crumbly but slightly creamy and pretty salty with a mildly sharp after taste

Is there a specific reason you did not put any vegetables in their lunches there's lots of ways to sneak them in if they don't care for them but it is necessary for a balanced meal
Crystal Case they eat plenty of veggies at dinner and I don’t usually have good luck either them when I send them to school with them. 🎉
My boy is the same way with veggies in his lunchbox. I would rather send what he will he. As long as there is protein and a fruit..I'm good! 😊

There were no potato chips, no candy, soda, cookies etc. So compared to many lunches kids take they are pretty healthy.
Meat, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, whole grain grains...
Although last week when she said this week would be simple, I envisioned pb&j or ham & cheese sandwiches & fruit.
