My children are fully grown now, but meal prep WAS a life saver when they were little. Did it mostly with slow cooker meals, and other dinners, but these are great ideas.
I loved my 24 hens. Miss them.
@@marjoriecook7556 thank you! Yes, meal prep saves me with 2 littles keeping daily life unpredictable! I need to get into slow cooker meals more, that’s a really great idea too :) and 24 hens! That’s double what we have. Thank you for sharing ☺️
I can't do freezer meals 2 freezers full no room at all so cooking off stock pile for last month love your videos thanks ❤😊
Congratulations on two freezers full! I know that’s a great feeling :) thank you for taking the time, I appreciate your supportive words ❤️
Love this! I have chickens and I’m always doing things to use up those eggs.. I love Quiche so I’ll definitely be doing this! Great video! 😊
Thank you so much for taking the time for that uplifting comment :) so glad it gave you some ideas to use up all those beautiful fresh eggs 😊 to speed things up, a crustless quiche is also something I do when pressed for time.
Yummy recipes 👍
Thanks so much! I hope these bring some ease to your morning routine 😉
Hi lovely! What a beautiful video. Would you mind sharing where you purchased your cutting board? It looks thick and sturdy.
Thank you so much :) I appreciate that. I actually snagged her at Ross. I'm a bargain shopper. They usually have a good selection of thick butcher block cutting boards on mega discount. You could maybe find something similar at a Home Goods if you dont have a Ross around. It doesnt have a brand etched into it, unfortunately, so I cant be much help there.
@@BloomingBayou I never give Ross a chance but maybe I should! Thank you so much 💗
Sorry, children should not be allowed up around the food that is being prepared with their feet ! You can always seat them at their own little table and let them play with an edible dough of their own…such as edible play dough. You can google it. When my son was young we made some together and handed out individually wrapped pieces for show and tell at his school for his classmates to play with. Plus, the child could fall off of the island and be hurt, or grab a knife. No, a child as young as yours needs constant supervision. These things can be done when the child takes its nap. I would never want my small child around raw eggs, because of bacteria that can make the child very sick or even worse. A friend of mine believed in getting her child ( around same age as yours), involved in the kitchen too at a very young age…letting her little girl help with raw eggs. She caught salmonella poisoning! She almost lost her because of this.😢 I would rather buy premade products until child is old enough to have an understanding about the kitchen and products that are being used in it.
You sound like my husband about the counter top :) he would agree with you on that! Thank you for taking the time to share your input. The edible play dough is a great idea!
