The fact that bodybuilders are passing away, way too soon. That's tells you something. Them drugs and all that muscle, our body's can't handle all that, we are not built to be big like that.

I’m 45 yrs-old. Never used anything. Natural is definitely harder but it’s honest work. Honest training and what you build no one can take it away from you because you know you took no short cuts. I was the same size Kali in my youth with similar strength. Stayed way well into my 40s.

Good for you working out hard and being natural. I'm natural and I find out that after losing a lot of weight (I was quite over weight but held it well) especially around the belly.....it made my upper body look pretty good with the moderate muscle development I have. I also do intermittent fasting when I work out which I understand helps boost your testosterone naturally for working out.

Thanks for this confession, I hope it will help a lot of people to do the right decision and to stop or not even start. I tried stan like 6 years ago and got sick after a week of using it and never touched it again, now staying natural, healthy, and feeling great. You do not need to compare yourself to all the social media bodybuilders who are slowly destroying themselves from the inside and losing fertility. Work out for your own pleasure, health, and joy, and do not chase artificial gains in order to impress people you despise. Stay strong brothaz.
