And I bought some frozen raspberries and put it in there. I never eat fruit fruit sucks. You put the frozen fruit in the blender use lactose-free milk as the base. A whole scoop of delicious creamy vanilla protein from isopure. 5 mg of creatine. And a spoonful of sugar free Cool Whip. You put it in the blender. Nothing in this world is more delicious. And it sucks when people realize that too late when they eat nothing but crap and they have a health scare and then they realize there are things that taste so much better and they’re so much healthier than the crap that they’re putting into their bodies. I just started doing this I swear to God you guys I’ll tell you how to make the best smoothie ever….. by the dole of frozen fruit. Instead of getting a particular fruit they have smoothies it’s like one package will have a bunch of little packages in it and each little package will have enough fruit for a smoothie. It’s so good. And there’s different flavors like I just got the goal, banana mango berry it has bananas, mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and Keewee. I got some frozen raspberries to to put it in there. For my base I use lactose-free milk. I put some sugar-free Cool Whip. Like a big spoon full of that. And then I take an entire scoop of iso pure zero carb vanilla protein, 5 mg of creatine also. You put it all in the blender man it is delicious the best thing ever there’s no need to ever ever ever eat unhealthy things. Probably my favorite thing in the world. It is so good and so healthy.
